Atmosphere was excellent, great setting in the Bistro. Service was possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Took 1.5 hrs to get a meal that was not as advertised or presented by the server. Ordered beverages and never seen the server for another 30+ minutes. Pasta was bland and the Beef offering was to be side of mashed potatoes and came... More

...I have been there three times by now in spring, autumn and summer and it always has been amazing. The food is very good, the staff very nice and the location beautiful. From Lake Louise just follow the signs to "Old hwy 1" and keep continue driving along the old highway for approximately 10 miles, then Baker Creek is on... More

We found this Lodge by accident and came back later for dinner. It was very enjoyable and you really feel like you are eating at a remote mountain Lodge.

Probably one of the best meals of our trip. All of the food was homemade/fresh. We had the pasta of the day and also the stew. Our kids had pizza. Completely worth the trip there! Google maps lists the restaurant as by the Fairmont Chateau. It is not. It is on Bow Valley Parkway about 20 mins from Chateau.

Was a bit worried to hear under new Chefs... but they did not disappoint.... Limited menu since they just took over December 1st but every thing we ate was delicious... Couldn't get enough... We ate breakfast there and also few evening meals... Their Mushroom Pizza is to die for.... make sure you ask for their Jalapeño/oil dipping sauce... OMG... Delicious...... More

We went to this restaurant on a whim as a local resident mentioned it was nearby to Castle Mountain where we were staying and there was new ownership and a new chef. It turned out to be the best meal of our trip; flavours were amazing and the food melted in your mouth. The rustic cabin atmosphere was relaxing and... More

Ate there on a Sunday night. Quiet night with few diners. Ambience was great. Log building with bar area off to the left (where we ate) Food selection is large. Great wine list! Two of the pasta dishes were warm not hot. Service was good.

The food at the bistro exceed my expectations! The coffee/beer infused beef rib was amazing and same with the Halibut! Nice wine selection as well. Lovely creek and surroundings. Looking forward to my stay next week!
