Charlie was our waitress. This girl was absolutely amazing. I can be a incredibly demanding customer. Every request I made she did perfectly. Can't say enough about her customer service. Food was good but how far she went to accommodate me she made it great....Next time I come here I will wait to be seated in her section. Give this girl a raise, she earned it.More

I was there in July 2022 after a craving for liver and onions. The meal was absolutely delicious with hand-cut fries. Will be back again. I do think the restaurant needs a little sprucing up outside. The walkway to the restaurant could get a little...better landscaping and maybe the parking lots could be resealed to make them look a little brighter. I am not trying to be critical but just offering friendly suggestions in what must be a challenging marketplace especially after watching so many other restaurants and businesses close due to the pandemic. After reading the history of this business, both the founder and current owner (his son) clearly have poured their heart and soul into the restaurant. I wish them continued success. Staying at a nearby hotel and just looking for a decent meal on our first night. Looks like it has been there awhile and many customers appeared to be families and regulars. Good decent food and a great waiter.

Went here for a birthday meal with family. We were not disappointed. Food was first class, the waiters were a credit to the management. Got surprised with a sweet served with a sparkler, far too small for all the candles that would have been needed....Happy Birthday was even in tune!!!More

It's been nearly 15 years since I moved from Calgary so I decided to visit an old favourite and was not disappointed. Granted the decor has not changed one bit and I laughed at the "hand" written price changes on the menu, but still found...what I always came for....great pizza! I chose the four cheese and had mushrooms and onions added and it was fabulous! Love the baked crust!! We also split some wonderful potato skins and some custom pasta. No request was refused and our server was confident and kind. Thanks for the memories!More

We shouldn't denounce real ratings. Are they excellent? No. The pizza is very good, the food is meh okay. Solid. I mean, take yer family here and it's all old-school goodness of solid food. Nothing outstanding. Sliced cheese over a chicken breast melted a tiny...bit but the chicken is good. I wouldn't bother with the desserts tho again. Nooooo.More

Excellent established, well run family restaurant. Our server Eric was a pleasure. He made us feel at home and provided top notch service. They make a really good pizza and my son said the steak was one of the best he’s ever had. Nice atmosphere...and a must visit when in Calgary.More

We hadn’t been to Nick’s for a couple of months but decided it was time to go back, as I wanted steak and hubby wanted pizza. It was well worth the trip there! The steak sandwich was amazing, though I would question the steak being...8 ounces. 5 maybe at the most. I had the fries and gravy as a side because I had a hankering for them, and they did not let me know. My husband enjoyed his pizza, as he does every time. The staff were friendly and it was nice to see some of the pre-Covid staff working. My only small complaint was parking was tight. The lot across the street was full, as was the lot directly adjacent. You used to be able to park down the side street across from the car dealer but that has been taken away.More

Nick is a hoot! When we visited, he was hanging out at the entrance with his buddies, welcoming guests. Sure, the restaurant has average food at average prices, but the ambience and Nick's family photos are the big attraction.

Our family's go to place. Has a massive menu with something for everyone. HUGE portions and everything is super flavorful. They're famous for their pizza and steaks but their lamb chops are amazing. Little pricy but worth every penny, every time.

T bone and sole. Meh. Not going to win any awards. It was ok. But expensive for what it was. Sadly won't be repeating this dining experience. I'm going to guess it's the sort of place that needs a Ramsey visit.
