This is a well known Calgary burger drive through with a walk up window. Burgers, milkshakes and onion rings are fantastic. It is conveniently located right off of Edmonton Trail and the Transcanada highway (16 Avenue NW). It is always busy, no matter what time you go.

When in Calgary you should try peters ......everything is excellent and two can eat for ten dollars..Canadian dollars. The fries are so huge and one order serves two or more. Shakes are to die for.

Peter's is not just a burger joint it is a Calgary landmark which first opened in 1964. It founded by Gus Pieters who immigrated from the Netherlands in 1954. It still serves its original menu of burgers, fries, and milkshakes of many flavors. No chicken burgers or salads served here. On a hot summer day, over 4000 milkshakes are purchased.... More

The burgers are greasy and terrible and the milkshakes are just different syrups. My kids didn't even like the cheeseburger... They rarely get fast food and LOVE cheeseburgers but they wouldn't touch these ones. Why are their buns greasy?

A wonderful, unique place. Has not changed in years. Has excellent burgers and great milkshakes. If you order fries, be prepared to eat a lot!

Not fast but does have good food I recommend onion rings and the milkshakes more than anything else to be honest. But that's my own opinion close to pretty much everything just a pain to get into with vehicles better to just walk.

Always been a classic. Burgers and shakes are the best. Only problem is the lines can sometimes be long but once to have your food you know it was worth it.

This is my first time at this restaurant. Our drive through experience was taxing, so much so that one must laugh. The attendant was rude in explaining "how this works" and "what the burger comes with", as if we should know. There was constant misunderstanding and the cashier would sometimes repeat the order and sometimes not. Do NOT order the... More
