First of all, let me say that I do like eating at Swiss Chalet. And I have for years. But my recent visit might have ended that. Mostly because the service was so poor. There were 5 of us. Actually met family from out of town there for lunch. But we really received only the basic service. So after taking... More

I have always found Swiss Chalet chicken to be a little bland and dry and seldom served hot! Thankfully they always give you a small side of sauce which helps with the dryness. They do however give you a decent size serving which earns them 3.5 stars!

Had take-out many times when they had coupon specials but recently they seem to have stopped the specials. Food quality was still good last time we ate there but a little pricey.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. The one in the NE off of 52nd and Mcnight Blvd. Chicken wings were not fully cook. The rest of them were all rubbery. The beef was not good at all either. My kids liked the kids meals but both my husband and I were not happy at all. The service was good... More

You'd think all Swiss Chalets were the same! But not this one. I didn't know you could burn rotisserie chicken. But this place could. The ribs were burnt on one side and raw on the other. The fries broke when you stuck your fork in them even the thickest ones. And the sauce, well let's just say it tasted like... More

Almost immediately after arrival we were shown directly to our seats . Wow, now this was service !! As we looked around we realized that the restaurant was all but empty. Hmmm that's strange on a Sunday evening ?? We had a wonderful waiter who took our drink order immediately. He returned quickly with that and we were ready to... More

So disappointed at our night time visit. My guest asked for alfredo sauce with his chicken parmesan and instead he got a diluted garlic cream sauce. The noodles were loaded with pasta sauce and flavor to choke a horse. Day time visit seemed to be less family involved and more to the company standards. I have been to many SC... More

We ate here after a basketball tournament at Bishop O'Bryrne School on a Friday evening. The staff were very friendly and efficient, service was very quick and food was great as always for Swiss Chalet.

Description
Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?
