Busy Saturday night at WEM but the food & service at Bubba Grump were fantastic. I had Shrimp New Orleans and buddy had fish and chips. Our kids enjoyed their meals which were a good value that included drink and jello. I had a nice marg on the rocks that was not too sweet, which was perfect. We will be back! Great place for families looking for a place to eat at the mall.

What an excellent dining experience. Our server Christina was amazing. From the very first hello, until the moment we left, she made sure we were taken care of. Since this was our first time at Bubba Gump Edmonton, she assisted with food recommendations, and we were impressed with the taste and quantity of our meals. We will most definitely be back.

Came in for a quick bite, got the fried chicken sandwich and the bang bang shrimp, was very surprised by how good they were. The chicken sandwich is the best one I've had in the city, and the bang bang sauce is extremely tasty. My server Jordan was also fantastic, very attentive and funny, appreciated his service. 10/10 no notes, would go again

It’s been a while since we’ve been but needed some place to grab dinner before a movie, and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Food was very good and the value was great, especially compared to some of the other eateries in the mall. Teia is an excellent server, very attentive, and her FG trivia really sold the whole experience.

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. I must start by praising our server, Genea, for her warmth and professionalism, which made us feel incredibly welcome. She not only greeted us with a smile but also took the time to explain the unique features of the menu, making our choices much easier. The seafood offerings on the menu were simply mouthwatering. I tried their signature grilled shrimp, which was tender and bursting with flavor. The shrimp soup was equally outstanding, with its rich and unforgettable taste. Moreover, the dining atmosphere at Bubba Gump was full of fun elements related to the movie “Forrest Gump,” adding a unique charm to the experience. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with this dining experience, and I highly recommend Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., not only for its delicious seafood but also for the friendly and attentive service, especially from Genea.

The atmosphere was so iconic to the movie, i enjoyed it so much. Teia was an amazing server, showed us first timers how the table signs worked and gave great recommendations for food, and when my child felt sick when a dish did not agree with her, she wished it away, recommended a different meal for her to have and brought her back something else. Such amazing service! I loved her! Thank you Teia!

Wow what great meals, exceptional service and amazing staff. The surf and turf meal was perfect with a beautiful med rare steak, Calamari was delicious and the coconut shrimp was great. Annie our waitress was very attentive and manager Meg went above and beyond to make sure with the chef that the steak was done as required for allergy issues. Excellent food at great prices while your visiting West Edmonton Mall.

This is a great place to enjoy a quick bite or a main meal. The drinks were exciting....sparkling glasses and all. Come with empty stomachs or you will be taking home leftovers. We ended up sharing a meal after the clam chowder and ended up splitting the key lime pie which was to die for. Meals were hot and the glasses were always refilled without asking. The customer service was amazing from our server Teia. The gift shop has a lot of neat shirts and hoodies.

First off I must tell you our server was a absolutely awesome. she was attentive, always available, great personality, highly enjoyable service, the food however was overpriced and pretty much a serious dissapointment, I ordered a steak and shrimp, I asked for a rare steak and it came out well done, The broccoli was still basically raw, the shrimp was hard. The waitress did take it off the bill, however dinner was pretty much ruined at that point. My wife liked her food, but it was cold, and well over cooked, serious thumbs down to there cooks, they need to learn how to cook, and the restaurant was not even busy. I could go on about there terrible food, however there is not much point. The service again was fabulous the food was absolute horrible. They really need a real menu, enough of the covid nonsense and a pathetic small menu.

We attended the restaurant at the request of our 20 year old daughter who had recently watched the movie for the first time. The food was both plentiful and flavorful, the atmosphere was fun and nostalgic, but the real winner for us was the service. Teia was amazing, friendly, helpful and engaging, and made our dinner one to remember, we will definitely be back!!

Delicious as always! Teia was an absolute gem! Made our night so much better. The gentleman who brought our food out, dumped the lobster boil onto a pan from the pot and made it a fun show to begin our meal. My best friend and I come here every chance we get and we just adored Teia!

We spent the day at WEM to celebrate our daughters birthday and on a whim to chose supper we reserved at Bubba Gumps. We love shrimp, and it did not disappoint. We tried a chicken appy and loved it. Great menu variety makes us note that we need to go back in the future! Our server Teia was very bubbly and pleasant and attentive to our table. She arranged a celebratory sing out to our 17 year old with her coworkers and gave her a delicious birthday ice cream cake! Teia did a great job trying to make our visit feel special ❤️ This was our first visit. We will go back again. Thank you for a great time out at your establishment :)

Don't Bother!

Service was slow and the place was empty. Not enough staff to even take our order in a timely manner. Food was mediocre at best. Ordered Mama's fried chicken expecting to get the fried chicken dinner we have had in the past at other locations. Normally, it would come with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob and 2 or 3 good sized pieces of fried chicken. Now it comes with fries and no corn and small pieces of chicken strips almost like popcorn chicken from Popeyes. Came with a small container of coleslaw that was at room temp and small dipping sauce that had been sitting out because it had formed a skin on top that we had to remove. We ordered sides of mashed potatoes that tasted ok but they were lukewarm. Overall, a bad experience and we will never eat here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Amazing Bubba Gumps Clam Chowder! his crew!

Originally cane for a hot cup of coffee to warm up from boat excursion, then the aroma of of the food got us! We ordered New England Clam Chowder! Delicious and tasty. Nice and hot to warm us up. The coffee however was not hot had to return and they kindly serve me a nice hot cup in a different mug. Great service and staff very helpful and fun!

An experience you should try.

From the starters to the desserts, and meals in between there is something for everyone. Our grandsons took the Seafood Broil and they said it was one of the best meals they ever had . If you have a Landry's card you will find that you will not have to stand in a lineup to get in but the wait would be worth it. The staff is always smiling and they definitely watch to see if you have turned the signage around so that they can get you whatever you need or want.
