This the type of place where you really like some things, but others just annoy you. They have quite a variety of interesting foods you don't see too many places. Things like Valhallas Hot Dogs from Canmore, Dutchman Milk and all types of coffees and Jams and more. Their full quiche is actually quite good. They also have sample of... More

Sunterra is a family owned deli and grocery store with locations in Calgary and Edmonton. We primarily go to Sunterra for its locally grown meats, and its desserts and prepared foods which are good in pinch when you have unexpected guests or don't have time to cook dinner. The Lendrum Sunterra location in Edmonton has, however, been going downhill for... More

Sunterra is a small grocery store with the best selection of local, organic meat and vegetables. They also have an extensive deli section of prepared meats, starches, and vegetables that you can combine to make your own meal. The bakery has everything you might need for dessert. Every Friday they offer a Friday feast that you can preorder if you... More

Sunterra always has a couple of soups and main dishes, hearty and tasty, and ready for lunch. These are reasonably priced, too. It is a self serve cafe in the market grocery store. All in all, a fine cafe with always good food.

I love this market, they have a great selection of food and especially great prepared/easy-cook options. We bought bacon cheddar beef patties to BBQ last night, for example- yum! The bistro is great for lunch, I love the selection and it's not too pricey for the amount of "home-made" style food you get! I had the lasagna and it was... More

I've been going here off and on for years because I work close by and you get a decent amount of food for $6. Can't go wrong really but the food is really quite tasteless. I once asked why they don't spice it up and they said their clientele is mostly older people who like it bland. Okay. Also I... More

Wonderful local meats, sausage; very good cheese selection, nice bakery and excellent deli. A good stop for a delicious assortment of freshly made dinners. For me the downsides are the breads which I have found to be consistently stale, and the prices which are generally high.
