Need more staff one girl on till (hard to understand) and one cook, people waiting. Several tables were dirty with food and wrapping so we couldn't sit where we wanted. What's going on Fatburger? Second poor expience in a row. The order was screwed up as well but we're able to correct it. Food was good once we finally got... More

My main complaint is the time it takes to get a plate of food. We have always been saddled with the is it worth it dilemma as time is more valuable than loosing it. The staff are never very efficient at any location almost like it is opening day everyday. Get some management in to crack the whip as per... More

Best burger I have had in a while. Patties are huge and juicy, with all fresh ingredients . Milkshakes are fantastic ! I highly recommend trying one .

Came here last Tuesday after grocery shopping. Hubby had the special "King Burger" with chili - the girls didn't think they got enough chili on the burger so gave him a side of chili which he promptly dipped his fries into. Great, fresh burger with all fresh toppings. My burger was the baby cheese and really good with fresh bun... More

I went to Fatburger with my fiancee a couple of weeks ago (we bought the Groupon), and was left a bit underwhelmed. I like the fact that they cook your burger when you order it, instead of the ready-made fast food variety. It wasn't bad, and the portion was huge! Looking around inside, it even felt like an authentic burger... More

Attended Fatburger on the west end. Enjoyed the old style feel and was impressed by the people behind the counter. Unfortunately, the burgers themselves didn't live up to their hype. For some reason my burger tasted like it was doused in vinegar. Since then, I've heard similar complaints from friends.

I got one of the mushroom swiss burgers at the Fatburger in Fort Saskatchewan. The burger was burnt, messy, and the smell on the packaging reminded me of cockroaches. (I am not even kidding) Firts impression is the best impression, and I was not impressed. The service was equally horrible. It may have been a one off thing, but I... More

After asking my teen son to join me, and his refusing, I headed off to Fatburger alone tonight. I explained that to the fellow at the counter that I had never been there and he very politely explained all to me. I finally settled on the 'baby burger with cheese' and onion rings with a bottle of water. Let me... More
