Service was horrid. Waited ten minutes for the one and only waiter to provide a menu and glass of water. Ordered two colour rice bowl that came on a plate. Chicken smelled and tasted horrible. Left it on the plate. Egg rolls tasted old and...fishy. Very disappointed and will not return. Had visited a few times before but only had the soup and green onion cake. They were fine....nothing special but okay.More

On a recent visit to Edmonton, our daughter searched up this highly rated Vietnamese restaurant to take our exchange student to. We love Vietnamese food, but hadn’t tried Pho before. This place did not disappoint. Everything was resonantly priced and the food was amazing. I...wish we didn’t live over 2hrs away.More

It’s hard to find places that do Vietnamese vegetarian soup and if they do it’s usually quite flavorless. Dang Good has an extensive menu with dishes loaded with flavor. The satay is my favorite. A perfect combination of heat and spices. The service is good...but it can get busy during the lunch hour so if possible go a bit before or after to not have to wait for a table.More

Three years ago for my last review I said the service was great compared to the time before. This time, I thought the service was poor considering the place was about 1/3 full and we ordered that soup where the thinly sliced meat is raw...and you mix it in yourself until it is cooked. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. I went to wash my hands and told my companion to order green tea for me. The server never asked about beverages so we stayed with water. However it is one of the best places around for pho and other Vietnamese food. We were still in and out within an hour.More

Our group of friends are regulars here. They're always friendly and the food is consistently 10/10. Highly recommend coming through here if you haven't already, otherwise you would know it's Dang Good food

Located in a little strip mall. Fairly busy Wednesday evening and the sole server was amazingly efficient serving the crowd. The wanton soup was excellent. For whatever reason the stir fries were not available (which would have been our first choice). Instead we tried their...two combo plates. One was scrimp and the other mixed meats. Quite good but not outstanding. Worth a visit for unpretentious food of pretty reasonable qualityMore

Stopped by for lunch. Had the Satay soup bowl which was very good but not outstanding. It was a bit lean on the meat portions but did have a flavorful broth. The vermicelli bowl gives you a choice of how many ingredients you want and...the price is geared accordingly. The spring roll was among the best I've tasted. This is a great place to take friends who want to experience Vietnamese food in a very clean restaurant with excellent service. It appears to be millennial friendly - they were in abundant attendance. Pleasant for young families. Easy, free, and ample parking. I suspect this restaurant is the best Vietnamese in this area of Edmonton.More

I stopped by for lunch today. This is a great Vietnamese spot. Friendly, clean and very nice. I had the vermicelli bowl, it was very good, and generous. All around a great place for Vietnamese.
