There are lots of choices at WEM for lunch, we chose Earls since they are pretty reliable for a decent meal. We weren't disappointed, I had the black bean salad, its a good size and pretty healthy.

The server was genuinely friendly, and very helpful. I only had the side salad, but they managed to elevate a simple dish and make it one of the best salads I have ever had.
