The restaurant is nested between Glenora and Oliver, in a lovely old house. The ambiance is relaxed, lovely, and cozy. The music selection probably needs some update, and the chairs are a little bit sagged and not too comfortable. It was extremely quiet on a Wednesday evening. There was another table other than us. Service is alright. Professional to say... More

Was looking forward to a good dinner in a seemingly nice place.. Dinner was a huge disappointment.. salad covered in way too much dressing.. dinner it self was awful.. too little portions for the duck and schnitzel was like eating cardboard.. my friends and I won't be back..

Shared spinach salad with a friend. Ultra soggy in dressing. Presented in an odd way in a large bowl. Dinners were not tasty at all and presentation needs improvement. Friend ordered shnitzel and was dry and inside and batter rubbery. Served with vegetables that did not offer enough variety nor color on plate. I had duck which was very small... More

We were looking forward to our visit to The Manor Casual Diner as it had been recommended to us by two of our family members. This Bistro is located in a quaint two storey house on 125 Street. Very cozy and quiet, great for casual dining for a party of three. Two of us decided to have an appetizer, and... More

The dinner was very delicious. I had steak and it was cooked just right.. I like it well done and it came well done without being burned. The servers very very good and tried to do was everyone was asking of them. One thing I have a negative comment on is the bathrooms upstairs. We were dining upstairs and the... More

I went to Manor Cafe today with my husband and family. We enjoyed our brunch very much. The food is quite unique and very tasty. It has a very nice patio, but unfortunately, it was a bit cool to sit outside today. A very nice ambience for special occasions as well.

Have been to the Manor Cafe many times, and generally been happy, but a recent visit was a bit of a disaster. The restaurant is in an old converted house on High Street, a lovely little collection of shops and restaurants in the Oliver neighbourhood near downtown. Recently, I booked a private room for a surprise birthday party, but was... More

The only special thing about this place, is that it's an old house made into a beautiful cafe. I got the mixed grilled special, got a piece of torn up tenderloin, and a massive chicken leg, some mushrooms and potatoes, they were out of the mashed potato. This was $30. Definitely not worth it. The tenderloin was super chewy and... More

I met a friend here for lunch on a Saturday. They have a lunch and a brunch menu. We decided to share the Salmon Sandwich with a green salad and the Spatzle. Both were delicious. We also shared a cheesecake ball for dessert and it was perfect for two people. Ask for a seat by a window or sit on... More

Parking sucks. Service was acceptable, maybe. Certainly not great. Waitress had no emotion, said as little as she could, everything was slow. Menu is limited unless you are looking for grease. Not much that is healthy. Many people might accept the menu but like everything else quite uninspired. Boring mor 70's pop music was thankfully not too loud. I am... More
