Rooms are getting dated and I really don't like... More

I was disappointed the hotel didn't have just a regular breakfast menu. the restaurant was okay... and I wouldn't have gone if I didn't have vouchers. the buffet was mediocre and staff was average

Fantasyland is a lot of fun, but a bit expensive for what they offer. The rooms are a bit dated, but the theme rooms are fun if you get a good deal. We stayed in the Arabian room and the Roman room and the Arabian room was great, the roman room left little to be desired after experiencing the Arabian... More

Services where excellent, room was fun and it's nice to be under one roof for everything! We had a themed room with room service and a Jacuzzi, food was tasty and fresh...late night snack and breakfast.

Yes, the theme rooms are a little campy but the kids love them. Stay in and enjoy a pizza and a movie night.....makes for some fun family time. Later you can stroll indoors to the always entertaining West Edmonton Mall.

If you are staying in one of the Theme Guest Rooms, always make sure you request a Corner Room because they are bigger. We found that requesting an Executive Suite that they are cheaper than the Theme Suites but considerably Larger.

Stayed in a igloo family room and the kids loved it. Well built and laid out the rooms are not cheap but are a good value when you couple with some passes to the mall attractions. Cant beat the location!
