Great little place food and service. It in or take out you won't be disappointed. So many great menu items, it's a hidden gem in Edmonton. If your used to the fresh seafood on the coast this is a good option for sure and the prices are great. Love it for sure!

I really cannot find anything wrong with this place. The atmosphere is cozy. The service is kind, helpful and efficient. The food tastes fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable. You leave this place feeling good. It makes me feel good to know they have not had any health inspection violations this year.

We have been going to this place for years now and never been disappointed. Sushi and rolls are the best at this restaurant, fish is always fresh and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been eating here for years, and have yet to come around an item on the menu I don't like. Delicious here, reasonable pricing.

Small restaurant in a newly renovated strip mall. Very friendly and formal staff. The food is between good and very good. Definitely worth repeat visits.

Ichiban is small family run restaurant in the West of Edmonton location in the Strip mall. Service: the server never had time to chitchat, going straight to business, getting you tea, taking order, delivery food … Food is fast for Bento box, it comes with soup, and I only pick the food that cook over the stove or oven, while... The sushi here was good. Nothing spectacular in my opinion, not the best, but it hit the spot. The quality of the fish was good. We came as a family of 6 and had a variety of choices. The bento box was great and you could choose three things along with rice, soup, and veggies. Teriyaki chicken and beef and... More

Don't let the low-key exterior fool you; this place has amazing food. Whenever we do sushi, this is where we go. The maki rolls are inexpensive but very tasty, especially the spicy salmon and chop-chop. We have our favorite rolls (Rainbow, Rock Star) but make a point of trying something new everytime we go, and aren't disappointed. Great food, reasonable... More

We have lots of very good sushi restaurants in Edmonton and this is the best. They take allergies seriously, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Our table of 9 was all served at the same time and all hot dishes were piping hot. The portions are not sickeningly large but they are generous. The salad is so fresh and... More

I've been going to this restaurant for years. When I'm traveling and want sushi, I'm always looking for a sushi restaurant that is like Ichiban. Staff: professional, friendly and they really know their stuff. Decor: nice atmosphere there are booths on each side with a strip of tables in the centre. The restaurant is small, in a strip mall, but... More
