Quaint Establishment with good food and service.

We ordered our food to go. I was a bit shocked to see a charge for a paper bag (only 20 cents) for our carry out items. Guess I don't understand the charge for that when there was no charge on the containers (all plastic) the food was placed in to go. Anyhow, the flavor profiles were spot on however, in the Tom yum soup there was a tomato slice (not traditional) and two strips of processed chicken strip for the protein. Again, it was considered "ok" but definitely not traditional Thai. I ordered a soup with coconut milk, shrimp cilantro and lemongrass. The flavor was good, two little shrimps that were very over cooked (in the small portion... about $9.00). I also ordered the pad thai with shrimp and added extra shrimp. The shrimp were larger and well cooked. I enjoyed this dish as two others did as well. We went at dinner time and nobody was there. I'd give the establishment 3 stars on the soups and rate the dinners a bit higher.

Many tasty dishes!

This small restaurant has delicious dishes, fast service, friendly staff, and pretty Thai decor. Everything we have tried has been excellent. We especially like the Pad Thai and spring rolls.

Lunch before roadtrip

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The owner and the cook gave me great respect and hospitality. Very similar as you'd get in Thailand. The panang curry with beef was beautiful! Delicious food! I had a happy belly leaving this restaurant. Next time I am in Edmonton I am stopping here and meeting with friends to share the experience. 30+ countries abroad as a foodie I'd recommend a stop here! Have a great time, B

Too small portions!

Our closest Thai restaurant, so we often pop by or pick up. Over the years, the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The quality of food is still good, but the business side of it seems to take over. We miss the old days, when the four was delicious ~ but also good sized portions.

Good but not great

Stopped for take out from this place based on reviews. Order was ready on time but there wasn’t much in the way of customer service. Food was good but not great. The highlight was the Green Onion Cakes.

Flavour Explosion

The flavour in these dishes is out of this world. I could eat here every day. I had the green curry for one and my husband #24 the yellow curry and we can’t spot talking about how delicious it was.

Stopped in here because it was close the the casino. 6 people everyone was impressed with their meals. I had the pad cashew with coconut rice. It was delicious. Spot on! The service was very good. Friendly. Will recommend and will try to make it back.

Two Different Experiences

On our first trip in September, we ordered a la carte and all was delicious. On our 2nd trip, we ordered a special combo and we were disappointed. Will give it a third try but order a la carte

awful!

pad tai noodles obviously pre-cooked and warmed up for take out. Also, fried rice containing crab smelled and tasted very fishy. Ended throwing both dishes out. What a waste of an expensive $36 purchase. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Very Good Food But on the Expensive Side.

We had take-out from Thai Flavours in West Edmonton tonight. The food was very good, but the portion was a bit small for take-out. In general, Thai and Japanese food are more expensive than Chinese and Vietnamese food, and Thai Flavours is no exception. For 4 small main dishes, one soup, plus four spring tolls, we paid $100 including tips for four adults.

Authentic Thai Food!

Love their service, food and atmosphere. Tried green curry beef, curry puffs, etc. The most I liked was the coconut rice.

This is the best, most authentic Thai restaurant in the Edmonton area. Absolutely delicious! Staff is wonder and owner recommendations are always amazing! You have to give it a try! My favorite is their Pad Thai.
