Coffee below-average,the cakes nothing special and totally not fresh. Only the cinamon bun was worth to visit, but still bit pricy.

Mr E and I decided to get breakfast at this bakery. This is lovely and quaint with a wonderful selection of sandwiches, beverages and baked goods. Tucked down a side turning you could easily miss this bakery. Great choice of food and drink, with the option to take away or eat in. Really friendly service and great value for money. If you don’t want a heavy hotel breakfast, head here.

It opens from 6AM and we walked in the dark from Forest Park Hotel to Bear's Paw Bakery in slightly over 10 minutes. The breads 🍞 are fresh from the oven. However, there are more sweet breads not too much to ours liking. We ate...a cheese and pumpkin, croissant and on cup of latte and cappuccino each. All these cost more than $28 including taxes, pricely compared to back home.More

I had researched places to grab a breakfast in Jasper and thought that this bakery would be a good place to try. On the first occasion everything looked so delicious we bought croissants and hot drinks for breakfast, plus a couple of sandwiches for lunch....We were there around 06:30am and a few people were already there. The croissants were excellent but the sandwiches not so good. My partner had a turkey salad sandwich and I had the sunrise bap (egg and cheese I think). The turkey salad sandwich had a very overpowering smell of either garlic or onion to it, so much so my husband refused to eat it and my bap had gone dry and stale as it had not been wrapped properly in the clingfilm. Considering this lot cost us around CAD50 it was really disappointing. Having read such positive reviews we did try it one more time and this time tried the yogurt and granola cups, which were excellent.More

Good variety of breakfast foods but the food looked much better than it was. Pastry (bear claw and croissant) was dry. Disappointed.

Disappointing given the great reviews. The staff were surprisingly unhelpful, the whole place is grubby- particularly the bathroom. The coffee was very good and we enjoyed the baked goods but would have liked to have some things warmed. I wouldn’t bother coming again.

Popped in for some coffee and treats for the road Great Coffee how ever the squares were under done on the bottom and the Tarts had a thick tough crust with very little filling .. really wanted a Cinnamon Bun but they were sold out

Thanks to other reviews, we have stopped here. Very busy- already early mornings. Express window (up to 5 items makes sense). Sticky Cinnamon Buns were great!

Fabulous baked goods, coffee and hot chocolate! Cinnamon buns were awesome as were the scones. Very popular so get there early!

We shared a sticky bun and latte. Both were excellent. Great service as well. If you’re in Jasper stop in at Bear Paw Bakery or the store on the Main Street, Another Bear Paw Bakery.

We happened to walk by and saw the line so joined it and ordered a few pastries. The prices seemed reasonable for Jasper. The things we bought were pretty good. The “jalapeño pretzel” is more like jalapeño bread though.

Just ok, all the savory food was cold and you have to reheat it yourself. Spent over $60 for variety of treats and drinks. London fog was not good, maple peccan Danish was burnt and with no filling. The lemon coconut square was good, as...well as sticky bun. Overall crowded, hard to access microwave and experience felt like tourist trap.More

Great coffee and bread selections. Definitely try their cinnamon sticky bun. The place is always packed in the mornings so expect a long line but it’s worth it!
