Cassio’s never disappoints. We ALWAYS make sure we come here every time we visit Jasper. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Peggy is an amazing hostess! The owner is always visiting with all the patrons, making sure they are looked...after. We always have mussels for our appy. The warm olives with pita bread are tasty! The sticky toffee and lemon crème brûlée, ends a great meal. I can’t tell you how amazing there whole menu is…..OMG the best! My pics are after we started to eat our appys, I was so hungry! Lol. Anything you order from the menu will not disappoint! They have a very nice wine list. I also ordered their Moscow mule, and it was superb!More

We parked the car a little way down Connaught Drive for free parking and walked here for breakfast before leaving Jasper for Kamloops. We ordered two traditional breakfasts both with bacon. As breakfasts go, this was really nice and good value. Total bill with tips...$48, £29More

When spending a couple of days in Jasper with Friends, we dined one evening at Cassios Italian Restaurant. We found the food great - albeit the service was a little slow. As expected in an Italian Restaurant, the pasta dishes were a delight to eat.

This was on the Jasper’s dining guide and we had wanted Italian. The calamari was something very different from what we had. It had pickles and olives in it and was delicious. Ordered Alfredo and carbonara. Alfredo had more chicken than pasta. Carbonara was a...big bowl too. We couldn’t finish our food. Staff were lovely and kept coming over to refill our water.More

We were happy with our meals at this Italian Restaurant. I had the gnocchi which was advertised as hand rolled and it was very good. Cheesy with good tomato sauce. Husband had the lamb cannoli and the turtle cheesecake for dessert and he enjoyed both...and would order again. However, we did not get that Italian, family, "mangia" feeling here that we often experience at other "authentic" Italian restaurants. We are used to Italian restaurants that include bread with dipping sauce, salad, sometimes greens and beans. There was no offer of bread for the table. Meals did not come with a salad. Also, we made a reservation through their own website and when we arrived they did not have the reservation. We even got a reminder email one hour prior to our reservation from Cassios. Fortunately, they were not busy at all and we were their first customers for the evening so reservations were unnecessary. Good food was their saving grace so they did get four stars.More

Having walked past here a couple of evenings we decided to give it a try. We had a lovely table inside next to the window. There was a nice atmosphere and the food didn’t disappoint. We ordered the garlic bread to start which was delicious...and then pesto pasta and salmon with lemon and herb linguini. Very generous portions and a nice bottle of white wine to accompany our food.More

Strange to sit out on the pavement with a freight railway on the opposite side of the road. But the food was great and reasonably priced, too.

We he lunch here between a morning hike and a boat cruise. Parking, as with all restaurants in Jasper, is either on-street or in one of the large lots, but you pay (via the QR code / phone) either way. We needed to eat and...head out in under an hour. In retrospect, if I had it to do over, I'd have come back here for dinner and had lunch at a pizza place down the street. The only reason I say that is that the service here was - leisurely. I'm not criticizing; under other circumstances, I'd have enjoyed 'leisurely'. As it was, it ended up cutting things a bit close. That aside, I am still giving this place high marks due to the food. My wife got the tuna burger and really enjoyed it - more than a more expensive tuna dish elsewhere for dinner the prior evening, in fact. She made mention of this a couple of times. As for me, I got the spaghetti pomodoro. I used to really enjoy this dish at a place north of San Francisco about 20 years ago (with angel hair pasta). This was just about as good. I think maybe we split a salad too, which was also quite good - the ingredients tasted extra fresh, etc. The only downside was the slight stress due to us being pressed for time - but that was really on us, not the restaurant. The food was great! If I returned to Jasper, I'd readily return here for a meal (making sure I had plenty of time to relax and enjoy it).More

This is a fine spot for a slightly upscale family dinner. A good casual spot. Food was good; service was good; portions were generous; prices were reasonable. We would certainly return, but not with terribly high expectations.

Excellent Italian and wonderful service. My Wife had the risotto and said it was some of the best she has had in a long time. Not salty at all. I had the bolognaise and it was very good. I like more spice in my Italian...food but when you go to Italy they make it just like here.More

Cannelloni and the ravioli are handmade - we use dry pasta in all of our other dishes as it holds it density because of the amount we serve each night.
