After walking around the canyon we stopped in for a late lunch and ordered the bison chile with pretzels and a couple of drinks. Travis was lovely and deserves a raise.

Was pleasantly surprised to see the canyon open during the winter as it is one of our favorite spots during the summer. We were greeted by Vanesa a very happy looking barista who later turned out to be our waitress also. The caesars here are...to die for. The Food was delicious I order the brisket sandwich with a tomato soup and my wife got the chicken sandwich with fries. Ended our meal of with the warm pretzel bits and hazelnut gelato also amazing. Highly recommend this place especially if you are looking to relax and enjoy the view. (which is mostly trees but when the snow is falling its amazing)More

We stopped in here after a nice long winter hike in the canyon. Building and view is amazing. Food very, very good and well presented. Service from Travis was awesome. This restaurant was one of the highlights of our weekend visit to Jasper from Prince...George. We will definitely return to experience this particular restaurant in the summer months and sit on the outdoor deck beside the rushing water. Definitely worth the short 10 km drive from the townsite for this first class meal.More

We recently had lunch at this fantastic little restaurant on a -35 day with glistening snow and brilliant sunshine as our table mates. Located about ten kilometres from the Jasper townsite it is at the top of the Maligne Canyon hike and offers a cozy...and rustic lodge experience with its ambience, menu and multitude of leather couches festooned with wooly pillows. The menu was brief, but filled tasty items. Offerings include soups, handhelds and local craft beers. The bison chili with smoky pretzel bits that I wolfed down and the “best mushroom soup ever”, with sourdough toast that my wife had, hit the spot at a very reasonable price. Our amicable waiter Travis was a wealth of information and offered very professional service and Ricky L. the chef who crafted the meal that we had are to be commended. Having attended the previous incarnation of the restaurant, the Maligne Canyon Tea House, we were very pleasantly surprised at the new iteration for its food, service and staff. It also features an excellent gift and souvenir shop full of unique and reasonably priced items that will help you remember fondly Maligne Canyon and the Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen. Thanks to Rod M for his help in tracking down the source of some of the art work in the restaurant as well.More

What a great place to stop in for a glass of wine and some amazing food after spending the day in Maligne canyon. The view is amazing and the food was great. We had the wings and the flatbread which were both delicious. Maddie is...an excellent server and went out of her way to ensure an enjoyable experience for us. We will definitely be back!More

I first visited this restaurant in October of 2020 and had a fantastic cocktail. I returned in the fall and the drink was no longer on the menu. I believe it was called Rhupert's Campfire" - a smokey flavored cocktail complete with roasted marshmallows on...top. Who wouldn't come back with a craving! They no longer had the ingredients in stock but they got creative and made a special drink for me that was just as good. Lauren made all of this happen, and gave us some super fun tips on things to do in the area that were sort of off the grid. The staff couldn't be any nicer, and the location of this spot is awesome. We had a great 2nd visit!More

Graet location, stunning views. Super friendly service. Unfortunatly some pieces of The wilderness platter were dry. A slide mishap with the food was excellently taken care of by the manager.

I would. We saw them turning people away because of reduced capacity. It doesn't matter what you are eating, you occupy a table.
