Loved the ribs! I prefer meaty/not too fatty ribs...these were perfect. And very tender. The variety of sauces were also delicious. I wasn’t a huge fan of the coleslaw...a bit plain. The fries were good as well.

Returned to the canyon while visiting Jasper for a last chance to dine in on the patio. Didn’t realise it was Mother’s Day until we were informed about the 3 course special for about 40/head! The portion size was huge so we split the 3...course! Really enjoyed the beef brisket Benedict. Would definitely come back specifically for that. Looking forward to returning when restrictions ease up...More

The food at Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen was delicious and their service was amazing. Our host Jesse was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to visit in Jasper National Park. Their beef brisket sandwich is a must try and I recommend having the...garlic parsley fries as the side. I would come all the way back to Jasper for this meal!More

A wonderful place for a late afternoon lunch. The ambience of sitting outside in the mtns, on a patio, with a gas fire pit, alongside the Maligne River was great. The meal was a delicious pulled pork sandwich, a Mac n cheese that was truly...mouth watering, and a spectacular French onion soup. Our waiter, Curt, was funny, attentive, and highly responsive. We’d return in a heartbeat.More

Best patio in town! Scenic views of thawing canyon! Went on a walk through the canyon and stopped in for a burger and a beer! Phenomenal service from Kirt. Spoke with the tall gentleman in the open kitchen and he was very friendly. The burger...was a great portion size alongside the French onion soup... Keep up the good work.More

I would. We saw them turning people away because of reduced capacity. It doesn't matter what you are eating, you occupy a table.
