Authentic quality Pho broth is made from long simmering beef bones. This results is a broth that when refrigerated gelatinizes. This one did not. Received poor service, gave us our food and never checked on us once, wouldn’t even make eye contact after seating other...guests so I could discreetly ask for more water. The service at this place is really really bad. I simply asked for a receipt. The lady then gave me the order sheet that had some scribbles on it, I had no idea what it even said. And I ask again for a receipt and...the lady looked at me and give me The menu and said here here’s the prices you figure it out. So I was very confused and I left. But then I figured if I asked for a receipt I should be able to get one, so I went back inside and ask for a receipt again and the lady started yelling at me and walked away and then a man came and then he started getting all upset that I asked for a receipt? Seems very strange. Finally he pulled out a piece of paper and wrote down the items and the prices and the total then give it to me. I never been back since that experience. The service at this place is really bad to begin with but after that experience with the receipt I will never be back... the food there is okay but nothing special enough to go back!!More
Absolutely love the Pho here, best broth around. I have been to many Pho restaurants in the Lower Mainland and this is by far the best Pho. I also really love the vietnamese combo dinner, the salad rolls and spring rolls. Large portions, low prices....Yum!More

Found several hairs in my calamari order. After a long day of travel I chose to stop in for a quick bite however they provided semi warm broth and expected I bring the soup home to reboil the broth and cook my own meat as...well as make my soup seeing as there was not enough space for anything in the broth container. The noodles were a brick, the vermicelli was bland with no flavour. I was absolutely disgusted and not impressed at all with the quality, taste or temperature of the food. When bringing the hair to their attention the employee started yelling at me and stating that they do not provide refunds then turned and yelled at a coworker in their language. I said I did not want to start an argument I just wanted a refund. She continued then requested a male employee come out to discuss the matter. He then proceeded to call the police. The officers were confused as this was regarding hair in the food and there was no violence occurring. Throughout this entire interaction they did not respect social distancing, no face masks were being worn, no hand sanitizer was offered in the building and they were not keeping 6 feet distance between us. I would not recommend anyone visit this restaurant.More
I always get the #10 Chicken Wrap. The peanut sauce is to die for. Al is always so friendly and the service from the staff is EXCELLENT. The food is always good. The soups are amazing. Thanks to the whole team.

After finished working at 4:30 pm on a cold freezing day, I craved hot noodle soup and ran into this restaurant alone. The restaurant was very quiet with almost all empty tables. The waitress told me I cannot occupy a table, and have to eat...on the bar stand facing outside near the entrance. I told her I feel freezing cold to be at the entrance, and I will be quick (15 mins) to finish eating. The owner came and COMMANDED me, " you are only one person, SIT THERE!". I am a decent person and felt insulted. I responded "you are so mean, I will leave now" and was stepping out. A kind customer offered me his 2-person table. The food is alright! I finished it because I was really hungry for a late lunch at 4:30. I am too generous to give her 1 stars, should be 0. I always give 4-5 stars to every restaurant that I visited, but this one was a really bad experience. How could the owner and staff run a business with such an attitude!More
A great busy but small restaurant buzzing with conversation and the hustle of the staff getting the food out. The Pho looked amazing, however i had the house special wonton, I would choose the small next time as the large was huge! :-) great portions...and well priced. I will returnMore
Every 2 weeks we always take our lunch with our favourite #24 or I’m having Grilled lemongrass chicken and we always satisfied the service .
The best hole in the wall in town! Excellent Pho and spring rolls but honestly whatever you choose will be amazing! Get past the decor you’re here for the food!
Not much more to say than this is as good as it gets. This family run business provides the best Pho ever.
Caveat: we chose to try Pho Galaxy on the recommendation of the TA community... and its proximity to our hotel. Tbh, our first impression was a tad underwhelming. A tiny hole in the wall, family restaurant with old 70's style melamine tables and matching chairs,...dirty and faded old tile floor and very little in the way of decorations or visual appeal. The matron hurriedly pointed us to a table she had just wiped down and nonchalantly walked away. What were we getting ourselves into? Is this really the #6 restaurant in Chilliwack according to TA? We chose to stay and placed our order, a number of phos (large and small)and some spring rolls. Let's review the pho first: Beef broth excellent aroma and taste, large portion of noodles, and a healthy amount of meat (brisket, tendon, tripe, beef balls, etc.). For the amount of pho, a very reasonable price and it really was of high quality. Ample amounts of soy beans, lime, jalapeno peppers, etc included. As for the spring rolls, also top notch; hot and crispy... and very tasty. The proprietors are Vietnamese-Canadians as evidenced by the Vietnamese that was copiously bantered amongst themselves. Hence, the quality is excellent... and genuine. If the aforementioned decor and interior setting was improved along with a little more personal service, this would be a 5 star in my books. The service was really nice all the food was good with a large choice of plates. Very cheep even If the portions were quite big. The staff was really kind. Totally suggested for a dinner!
Food was good and service was quick. The Galaxy Wonton Soup was exceptional with a huge assortment of seafood and veggies. Restaurant was small with dine-in and take-out business were brisk.
