We absolutely loved the food. A warm, friendly vibe with excellent service. The dairy free and gluten free pizza can't be beat.

Beautiful location. An oasis just outside the city. Burger and pizza were exceptional. Chowder was thin but tasty. Desserts looked lovely too but we were too full. Staff were personable. Glad we made the drive.

It didn't start off that great.....first having our reservation table being one in the hot sun. But then a kind group of women who were just leaving let us know there table was available. And we also didn't realize we had to go to the...counter to order. And the initial clam chowder was rather thin. And the menu seemed limited to pizza, hamburgers, and salads. But once things got rolling, everything was fine. Excellent, in fact. The salad that came as part of our friend's hamburger order looked amazing so we ordered one too. Since, on its own, it comes with bread, we were offered the option of sauerkraut. What an amazingly tasty sauerkraut it was. And a very interesting, tasty, and totally fresh salad.. Our bacon and sweet pepper pizza, cooked on an outdoor wood fired oven, was one of the best we've had. A light crust, fresh ingredients (even a home made tomato sauce), and the bacon cooked just right. And our friend said her hamburger was excellent, but could understand why some reviewers might be less than enthused because it's pure beef---not even any spicing. A very good quality beef! We also enjoyed the unique drinks...a handcrafted soda made locally caled Modern Soda (Gingerella). Great iced coffees too.More

Last night we had the best pizza ever! Straight out of the fire onto our plates and it was delicious. Perfectly crisp thin crust with just the right amounts of spinach, garlic and feta cheese with the anchovies perfectly baked into it. Brown on the...edges, moist in the middle. Delicious! A nice frosty beer along with this perfect pizza was a great way to start my Friday night.More

On Easter weekend we enjoyed a lovely patio lunch in a tranquil setting . All the food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the pizza. The staff were all so welcoming. Even in the middle of a pandemic, a very safe and relaxing outdoors lunch...was enjoyed. Highly recommend and will return soon.More

Alderlea Farm and Cafe is so amazing! I can’t believe having grown up on the island that it took me until now to find this place. I contacted Katy to put together a gift basket for my aunt who had been taking care of me...during a hard time for our family, and she put together the most beautiful basket I have ever seen. It was full of tons of wonderful products from the farm, including lots of fresh veggies, and a few other great local items. It made my aunt so happy! The place was so beautiful that I decided to come back the next day to bring my mom for lunch. We reserved and pre-ordered and the experience was very seamless. We had pizza and the chicken pot pie... the presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious, everything was so fresh. We felt totally at home on the patio and the view is incredible. We really appreciated the great service from everyone there, and particularly Katy who couldn’t have been more hospitable. I would recommend Alderlea to anyone.More

Yes, but if we are busy, you can park on Mclay Rd, perpendicular to Glenora Rd, and adjacent to the farm and cafe. Thank you.

Likely wouldn’t need a reservation I would use Google maps to find it as you will need to leave the main highway as you pass through Duncan and head up towards Glenora. Turn left at Miller Road, turn right on Koksilah... More
