Went there for lunch after looking at their menu on line. We got there and ordered a rice bowl w/ chicken and it was ok. I was shocked when I asked for a refill on my coke and the waitress said that it was a $1 more! That is so old school! I received the bill and my rice bowl... More

A totally wonderful pub - warm, inviting and with terrific food. Friendly staff. Only criticism would be that they should have a larger selection of BC wines.

We've visited this pub about 2 years ago and had great food and reasonably priced beverages. In fact every time we go to Harrison it's a regular stop. But this will stop as of this year. We didn't eat and had a 1/2 liter of their house Piño Grigio. Imagine our shock when the bill came and with taxes and... More

They accommodated our group of 15 in another room which was great. Had the taco salad with chicken. Decent pub grub. Decent service and timing. Had tvs with Thursday night football.

This Pub and Liquor store complex is the greatest! The liquor store was spotless and very well presented. The bar/dining area felt like a comfortable woodsy living room. There was a large fireplace blazing away too. The staff were amazingly friendly. For the warmer months, they have a beautiful dining patio with glass enclosures. Very Nice!

We were wandering around looking for a restaurant with gluten-free dishes. We decided to try the Old Settler Pub and had a very nice meal. I ordered a really good salad which had a winning combination of ingredients - very tasty. My husband ordered a sandwich which he said was good as well.

Nice pub atmosphere and great food! Service was also very good even though it was off season and not very many staff on. Friendly server.

The Ukrainian platter was delicious and huge! The drinks were on the strong side, but sadly the lemon drop came with very little in it for the martini. The waitress was very efficient and kept up with the drink orders like it was nothing. Very loud, but a unique place.

Use this place on a regular basis when visiting family, food is good for a pub bar, staff are great and you can watch the hockey there, well worth a visit if you fancy burgers or ribs

If you are going to Harrison you need to know in advance that food is expensive and that the quality of the food served in town is just average. The old settler pub is the same. They may have some spectacular offerings but we have not found them. On our recent visit (Oct 2016) my wife and I split an... More
