Friday, Nov 5th 2021 - I ordered take out online at 5:30pm. It said the pick up order would be ready at 6:15pm. When we went to go pick up the order we had to wait outside in the cold for an additional 45 minutes before our food was ready. The hostess was kind enough to offer us some free cheesecake, but ultimately the wait was way too long. I would have appreciated it way more if they had let us know that the wait was going to be longer, so we wouldn't have to wait outside but could have left out house later. We were not the only people waiting for take out, but were joined by another 8 or so people who also waited at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, more and more people were seated at the restaurant without wait times. This to me is unacceptable. If you are too busy to handle take-out and dine-in, either let people know the wait will be VERY long or DO NOT take the order. We could have easily ordered elsewhere and come back a different day.
Luckily the food was very good and fresh once we did get home. Definitely one of the best pizza places in town. Just very disappointed with the way the wait times, especially since we did not know before hand.

Decent price and decent quality. I judge pizza joints on their Margherita (or plain w/ cheese). A little too heavy on the sauce and flavour profile was very vanilla. All in all not a bad choice but not amazing either.

I have been here 4 time now and have never been disappointed.
Went again for lunch and sat on the patio. The food, service and beverages were top notch. Mojito's with a peach puree and fresh mint growing on a secluded balcony that makes you forget you are outside a mall. When ordering they let you know that changes to menu ingredients are welcome.
The garlic confit was an amazing topping that took the pie to the next level. We were charmed and served a wonderful meal that restored my tainted opinion of the Kamloops restaurant scene. Sincerely, G

I really try to support local and want to like this pizza place. But each time I have tried it again, after some time has passed since my last only so-so experience, I continue to be disappointed. The pizzas all sound amazing with the kind of ingredients you find in better quality pizza places, as opposed to the basic kind of stuff you would find at dominos, but the execution just isn’t there.
Granted I have only ever ordered delivery, but let’s be honest that’s what pizza is usually all about.
When I opened the box this time the pizza looked amazing, however was considerably undercooked and lacking pflavour. As was my boyfriends...
Now I wish I could have fixed part of this by throwing it back into my own oven, however I ordered the Arugula Pizza and cooked salad on pizza isn’t really for me🙄
Regardless I feel we should have received better for what we paid. Which was more than most.

neither my friend or I cared for the different pizza's we ordered...the Renaissance I ordered had raw-ish spinach and the feta had a weird flavor. Also, woke up to a stomach ache the next morning..not sure if it was related. #disappoint

Delicious thin crust pizza and the meatballs are perfectly seasoned with the perfect texture and very fresh. The service was excellent especially considering how busy it was. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food. I highly recommend.

This was our second visit to Bold and the experience was just as great as the first time. The pizzas are excellent quality with fresh ingredients and each time we go, we try a different type of pizza, which are thin crust type, which I love.
The foundation of a great pizza is the dough and how it’s cooked. Bold excels at this aspect.
The staff are very friendly and engaging.
Value for $ is great.

A group of us ordered takeout on Friday October 30. We were told it would be ready for pick-up in 45 minutes. When we got there we had to wait another 25 to 30 minutes for it to be ready.
We were sorely disappointed when we opened the food when we got home. A number of the items were cold. Three of the pizzas were burnt.

We came in late on Friday night but we were warmly welcomed. The room has a very nice welcoming feel to it. There is a large wood burning oven. It has high ceilings, nice music playing and there is a nice comfortable vibe to the restaurant.
We shared epic joe pizza and tres Orleans fettucine. The pizza was one of the best pizzas that I’ve had. The topping were generous. The crispy pepperoni on top was so good. It came out of the oven nice and hot. The fettucine was also very good but the pizza was truly epic.
Wine prices are reasonable. All the food is fairly priced for the quality and portion size.
The service was also terrific. We felt bad because they were trying to close but since we did not get there until ½ hour before closing we were relaxing with our wine and food when they closed the doors. We apologized but they were very gracious and told us to take our time. I’m sorry I don’t remember our server’s name. He was such a nice young man and he was driving to the lower mainland the following day.
We would definitely return to try some more amazing pizzas

After evacuating Jasper and realizing our house was gone, we e stumbled upon this restaurant. We were obviously devasted and our server made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed!! She was patient and caring. The food was amazing also!! We will never forget the service here and how sweet everyone was.

Ok, so.. 1st experience for dinner. Gave it a 4, better than a 3, more 3.8. Had a pizza & chicken parm. ( with fettuccine.) So, pizza so far best I have had in Kamloops, and I have tried almost all. Good overall, feel the crust could be more firm. Chick parm, pretty good. The fail was the pasta, perhaps just an off day but it didn't really hold up well, I was disappointed. Otherwise, this is a 4.0 everyday. Tighten up the pizza crust and this is a true winner! Prices are reasonable.

This pizza is incredible! Ordered takeout to our hotel on a stopover in Kamloops. We will order here whenever we are in Kamloops for sure..The Pill Dickle is unreal; whoever came up with this is a genius. We also tried the Giovanni which was so tasty. The kids pizzas were a generous size and included a fun treat. And get the peach pizza bombs. They were still warm with takeout but I bet they are even better fresh. Delivery was faster than estimated and super friendly.

The wait staff were awesome and friendly. The pizza crust is AMAZING! We have always preferred a thin crust and this crust is perfectly thin and crisp. Our first time visiting and we will be back.
