The hubby and I stopped in for dinner. Atmosphere is pleasant, staff friendly and efficient.
The food was great. Hubby had a seafood dish, see photo, and I had a combo of veggie and shrimp tempura. The tempura was light and tasty, and the seafood dish was pleasingly presented and also tasty.
Definitely recommend!

We love this place.. for lunch and dinner. Based in downtown Kamloops, the food is always fresh, quick and tasty. The service is quick and friendly.
We particularly like the pork cutlet yakiudon (see pic), the set lunches eg beef teriyaki bento box and kani kani (fried crabsticks.. these are more delicious than it sounds).
Defintely make a point of visiting this local restaurant.

My boyfriend and I had the Raymun noodles with pork cutlets. For CAD 3 more we made it a meal with 2 Gyoza and 2 pieces sushi. You have the option to keep it mild or make it spicy. Great flavors, delicious broth, good portion size and really fair prices. Happy to come back and try our way through the menu.

Sought this place out because it was within walking distance of the hotel and the ratings. Very Nice people took the order for takeout. I was told it would be at least a 20 minute wait. Since we were just staying in town overnight, I took that opportunity to just window shop, returning in about 25 minutes and the food was ready and stapled into the bag. I carried it back to the hotel but did not notice that the lids were not on properly and it spilled all over my jacket and pants and the bag was just about to break open. I was very lucky it did not all windup on the road and of course I now had a bunch of clothes I now had to figure out how to clean and dry by morning. We both got the Bibimbap but found its flavors weak with very little gochujang sauce with small portions of veggies and meat. Felt the place was overpriced and overrated, but again, the people working there were great.

Ordered pickup from Jacob's - decided to go with the Spicy Chicken Bulgogi. Total came out to $15.23, and when I got home and opened my styrofoam container I was very disappointed by the amount of food inside. About a cup of rice and about a cup and a half of the chicken bulgogi mix. Absolutely not worth $15! I won't be going here again, but if you want to try something and don't mind paying high, high prices, give it a shot and see what you think.

Thought we would retry Jacob’s after seeing all the reviews on here. The Good— service was good attentive and prompt. I ordered the beef bulgogi…. Flavour was good but too dry overall… needed more sauce. Hubs had sushi, flavour was ok but the rice was pretty dry. The bimibap that someone else ordered looked really good and was enjoyed by a relative. The chicken bites were delicious too. We ordered shrimp and veggie tempura and it was delicious. All hot food was steaming hot!
There is definitely some room for improvement in the food and the moisture levels. Service was good, quick and attentive.

Jacob's Noodle & Cutlet is a Korean restaurant with Japanese cuisine. We ordered two different kind of bibimbab, beef bulgogi and tofu, and they were very good with big portion. I would recommend Jacob's Noodle & Cutlet if you yearn for some good Asian food in Kamloops, B.C..

First, appreciate Jacob's hours and packaging during the Covid19 pandemic. Second, appreciate the high quality of food and how it travels well and not even with a 25 minute drive. Excellent meals

My friend and I went in to sit and eat and were greated right away. After making our order we got a call and had to leave right away, they graciously changed our order to go and got it to us as soon as they could. Will definitely make a return visit. The food was great.

Ordered beef yakisoba and the pork cutlet. Was happy with both. They travelled well, as a pickup. The cutlet was very well done, enjoyed it immensely. Simple. Refreshing side salad and dips. Yakisoba was what I had hoped for. Will definitely return and recommend.

We ate here one time end of May, and we came early to find a table. Chicken cutlet was good. Yakisoba was also alright. Big servings and cheerful staff. Would recommend if you are in the area.

The four of us had different items, all were served hot and fresh. Soups have a nice broth with plenty of meats etc .
