We didn't know what to expect when we got there but were very happy with what we found. It was very clean and a great introduction for us to Korean food. I got the beef tacos and wonton soup, while my wife got beef and rice dish (forgot the name). The prices were great and we would be happy to... More

Unsuspectingly stumbled into this lovely Korean restaurant which has fantastic Bibimbap in a hot stone bowl which keeps the meal hot for the entire eating duration. Peaceful ambience. Delicious food.

Mom and pop are cooking in the kitchen and number 1 son is the server. He was very polite and helpful. The food had wonderful and subtle flavours. The prices are very reasonable. When I say 'cheap eats' I mean high quality cooking at a reasonable price. If I lived in Kelowna I would be a regular customer and will... More

The food was good albeit a hair on the spicy side but I suppose that's because you're getting seafood inland. Not phenomenal but no complaints either. Service was very friendly and courteous. I would come back .

Authentic Korean food at very reasonable price near downtown; meals are $10-15 I had Bibimbap for $10; comes with some standard Korean sides. Nice break from the cheap "fake" ethnic food designed for young travelers who may not know the difference and the overpriced over marketed gourmet restaurants designed for wealthy foodies that are not on a budget. Restaurant is... More

We dined here 2 times as the food is so fresh and delicious. We recommend the BBQ tacos, steamed pork dumplings and the Yuzu hot tea. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was slower when the restaurant was busy, but take out was fast.

The staff appear to have been family members, and were very polite, pleasant, and smiling. I was just wanting something to tide me over, so ordered a bowl of their wonton soup & some spring rolls. Everything was hot and fresh, and arrived in good time from the order, including my green tea. The Korean style wonton soup was spicy... More

My wife and I and another couple had a wonderful supper at Soban's. The food was excellent and good portions. Had the Chicken Taco's and they were excellent. There was enough food and it tasted good. Looking forward to going back and trying some of there other dish's.

Thank Gary W
