Arrived at 6:30pm (closed at 8pm) with party of twelve. Could not seat us all together initially, but later were able to. Service was prompt, excellent and food arrived almost all at the same time. Food was amazing. Server got all the orders right and...all bills were separated. We did not ask for this to be done. Kept restaurant open past closing to accommodate us. If you are expecting authentic Thai cuisine then this is not the place to go. Tom Yum is watery. Phad Thai does not taste like it. Chicken cashew had few thinly sliced dehydrated meat with a ton of veggies. Basil pork had ground pork that...clumped together. We went because of the good reviews but as I said if you’re famillar with Thai food, then you leave this restaurant very frustrated.More

Used to order here often usually the Chicken Panang and it was delicious with lots of spice and a thick sauce with quite a bit of chicken. We ordered the Chicken Panang tonight and what a let down no spice even though we requested a...hotter version and the chicken pieces were far and few between as well the sauce used to have a sweet hot that was thicker but now it is basic runny ........................not at all what we were expecting. It was edible for sure if you have never eaten Thai Food but I will never order take out here again.....oh right you can only get take out. I guess they are too busy with take out orders to really care about quality anymore because no one is in restaurant complaining about mediocre food. I won't be back ever and will definately let the people we know who like or used to like this place how bad it has gotten. I know the price of meat has gone up but come on just raise the price a bit...if someone is ordering a meal they want a meal not an appetizer or just sauce and rice.More

WOW ! The food was so great on our first night when we ordered for take out that we ordered again. Pad Thai Shrimp and curry were out of this world. If you like Thai, order from here only, while in Kelowna.

We did a large takeout order and enjoyed the food. Big fan of Thai food and was not disappointed Drunken Ginger Chicken was very good , as was the Pad Thai Prawn. Also enjoyed the Massum Curry. Our order was ready when we arrived for...pickup. It was so big looked like I would not be able to carry.Two customers and wait staff offered to help. Very nice. Friendly Kelowna!More

We did not have a great takeout meal last time we ordered from Zabb Thai in the summer of 2021. Having eaten at the restaurant many times pre-pandemic, mostly enjoyably, we were disappointed again today. The Pad See Ew with Beef was a mess with...vegetables overcooked and beef dried out, seriously difficult to chew and swallow. It appeared to have been reheated at least once! The shrimp wraps also were tough and likely reheated, not like we had in the past. Drunken Ginger Chicken was 'ok'. This food is not cheap and I expected fresh crispy vegetables and tender beef, tender shrimp and wraps. This was far from our expectations!! I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be choosing it again.More

I have previously dined in but have ordered out now twice and both times was extremely disappointing. I was hoping the first time was just a bad nite, perhaps a new chef but same thing, very dry pai Thai almost like it wAs reheated several...times. Tom yum shrimp soup had 2 small Shrimp and a cup of onions as a filler , green curry tasted like old chicken. Did not eat it. So disappointing when you wait, pick it up and nothing that you can do about it Once your all the way back home. Wait, I did call them, They offered me 10%off my next take out order. We know that’s not going to happen. This will eventually catch up with them if they choose to ignore their customers. Sorry I can’t give them a rating. It was our loss not theirs, we’re eating a peanut sandwich for dinner tonight 🤨More

We were really happy to try another Thai option close to our place. Zabb Thai hit the mark - we made note of the fresh herbs and spices that make a big different - basil, lime leaves etc. Pad See Ew was super tasty with...veg and beef. We also really liked the penang curry and the stir fried green beans and chicken in curry sauce. Efficient and safe interaction in their cleared out dinning room (it’s take out and delivery only for now).More

What is with these negative reviews? We have been coming to Zabb for years, as well as all our friends. This is the best Thai food anywhere, period.. My sister in Alberta just told me yesterday they can't wait to come back and go to...the Zabb Restaurant.More

I ordered dinner for 12 people. Dinner was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Came in 5 big container to serve to a crowd. Friendly service. I Highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you!
