Just wanted to put this review on as saw some awful reviews for this place but we had a great experience here. We reserved on a Saturday night and had great service and live music. The food was good too. The only reason for not...having 5 stars is that the smores desert was cold and could have been warmed up. The pub came highly recommended by some locals. Also staying at the connected hotel gives you %15 off food. We had burgers and fries and were very happy with our meals. The pub was very busy and crowded for a Wednesday night. i recommend it...if you are into pub food.More

Good Atmosphere; lots of sports on many TV's. Awesome fries! Fish & Chips: fish was greesy. Service was good.

Newly newly updated... 5 stars today!!! (Dec 8/21)... Spot on service tonight! Excellent food tonight! Music was best ever and unlike any other pub ever in past 10/11 years! Was bang on excellent with so many great songs played! I take extra special attention to...this aspect! You nailed it, thanks! I never ever can say this typically! Especially for a full 2 hr stretch being somewhere. The GM, (if he can just learn to engage and just smile), will bring their ranking up to a 6 out of 5!, no kidding. I just cannot understand this still and it is not just him to blame here in Kelowna but so many in Kelowna cannot simply engage and cannot just smile! I do notice these things, mask on or not! I do see things and notice things more than others I guess as some other frequently visited guests tried to engage with him and just nothing back their way! But other than that...97 St Pub moved up tonight to a top notch place to visit. Right up there with Tonics and Central and Company and Train Stn.More

Had a lovely afternoon drive and conversation with my cousin whom I hadn't seen for several years, Great to catch up again.

first night in town, just need some food and a drink - staff was run off their feet; we assume our order was forgotten to be put into kitchen, which was fine - but don't make up stories and each person who came to apologize...had a different story - that is what upset us. We were staying at the hotel and came in on two occasions, once for drinks and once for lunch. The service here is incredibly friendly, the drinks are strong but not too strong, and the food was delicious.

Always have a good time and food and drinks are solid. We stopped by after golfing and had the loaded burger and bangers and mash. We also decided to have a wide variety of drinks which came out quickly and prepared very well. Price points...were decent, lots of house made or local items on the menu, the location was clean, and our server was excellent. We would return again.More

We needed to make an earlier start for travel as we stayed in the Best Western on the same grounds as the pub. We were delighted in the prompt service and the condition of the food when it arrived. Not always an easy feat when...it comes to Room Service. We had a pizza, some tuna poke and calamari which were all fantastic! Thanks you!More

I have always loved the waitresses and servers..that's why we like to go. Started goin to another pub close by...prices of beer and wine sooo much better....so we had to leave our favorite establishment which was 97. Came back to 97 after work..just to try...it again..had a glass of wine ...and ordered pub fries.....I almost choked as my side of fries were $8.00 +..for a side of fries... Competitor which is down the road...$3.95...which are extremely good and you get more.. It makes me sad that the place we used to go to every week has changed so much.... I hope that the owners or managers realize that the impact of your prices make a difference in the patrons that have been regulars and love this establishment. Thank youMore

We met up for Happy Hour drinks. The place has a Sports Bar vibe and wasn't overly comfortable. The server seemed miffed we didn't want food or another round.

Had a late dinner at the Pub. It was clean and the staff was c courteous and fast. The big screen had a great view of the game and the patrons were friendly. The food was reasonable priced and the beer was cold.
