Really good green curry prawn bowl. Excellent servers, quick ticket times, clean location, and the patio was a nice venue. Worth checking out.

We stopped in and had the fish and chips as well as the three napkin burger on saturday afternoon. While ticket times for food were on the slow side and it wasn’t busy, the servers were all excellent and checked on us frequently. Food had...some house made items but overall pretty generic. Patio was nice and the location was clean. Pictures posted.More

The taste of the meal is nothing special, the food presents well and the quantity is decent, staff are hospitable.

We stayed at Borgata Lodge next door, walked over to check it out. We were pleased we did. Albeit a somewhat small menu we really enjoyed our meal. We arrived at 5pm and it was happy hour, nice to get a deal on drinks so...we had 3 ! We could just walk back to the lodge. The cobb salad was very good, the Bear Burger is a big portion. Service was very good.More

We enjoyed this place 2 times on our stay as we stayed next door at Borgata Lodge. You can sit inside and stay cool on the hot days or sit outside with a view of the golf academy or Bear 18th hole, Good food, cold...beer and great service. Will return !More

I had lunch after a morning round of golf...beverage service was very prompt, which is nice when it's a hot day and you come off the course parched! But the food was the hilite. I had the Thai Noodle Wrap, a delicious blend of chicken...pieces, crispy noodles, fresh crunchy vegetables and a perfect splash of peanut sauce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla and served with a choice of salad or fries. Even the fries were done perfect...a great lunch! My wife had the Cobb Salad..."not memorable but just fine", in her words.More

Tonight we tried out the Sarazen's Restaurant. The setting is nice with a view of the driving range and one of the greens. The suggested sauvignon blanc was very nice. We ordered a steak sandwich and a clubhouse and then proceeded to wait, unattended, for...over 45 minutes before our food arrived. Both entrees were very tasty and the fries were particularly flavourful. Real chicken breast in the club and the steak sandwich' onions and tomatoes were right on point. Very nice food....inattentive service just put a damper I the dinner.More

The service was fine and the views nice but most of us (a group of 10) were not happy with our meals the other day. I had short ribs that were unlike any I had ever had. They had an acrid taste and were quite...stringy. Perhaps they had been frozen for a long time? They sat on a bed of extremely salty polenta which was covered, strangely, with cheese. On top of it all was a dark, very salty, "gravy" that made the meat completely inedible.A few nice vegetables were buried whole below and they were fine. I took the ribs home, rinsed them off and fed them to my dog. He liked them. Another person had Pad Thai that was so salty he could not eat it and they, very kindly, didn't charge him for it. Pretty much everything was over-salted and the meat was consistently overcooked. I hope their food is not always like this but I won't find out as i will not be returning.More

This is a nice place to go in Kelowna, its up at Quail Ridge, 2 golf courses, a condo hotel next door. Spa etc Sarazen's offers good food at reasonable prices, dine inside or on the patio overlooking the golf courses & golf academy. The...menu has a variety of dishes, fresh ingredients made from scratch. We took a group of friends here and really had a good time, super service from Keith. Lots of wines and beer to choose from. We will go back again, if you life in Kelowna and are looking to enjoy a nice setting its worth the trip.More

I'll bet that only a small percentage of locals a) know this restaurant exists and b) that it is open to the public. It is the clubhouse restaurant of the Okanagan Golf Course at Quail Ridge. And, now, it is accessible by bus via the...new #13 route from the UBC campus. Try it. We went there for "lupper" at 3 in the afternoon. My wife had a teriyaki chicken bowl and I had a steak sandwich. She with a half litre of Red Rooster Gewurtz and I with a couple of pints of Granville Island pale ale and a glass of Red Rooster merlot . We split a dessert and had coffees. With taxes and tip it came to $110 and worth it. The food was good and the service matched. The menu is not elaborate and I could not go so far as to call this Fine Dining but it isn't diner food either. They have a reasonable set of beers on tap and a better than average wine list by the glass (plus more by the bottle). Very comfortable lounge-like setting and a view out towards the course (though they could have done better in siting it). We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience and we'll be back.More
