My wife and I live in the area and have frequented the McCulloch Station Pub many times over the past 7 years.. The food can range from O.K. Pub Food to ''Nothing Special''... This afternoon we attempted to have a quick meal at the Pub.....There is currently limited outside only seating...and apparently if you don't want to stand and wait you need to ''reserve'' a table.. This evening after being left standing in the Sun for over 20 minutes with three and later four tables empty I asked to speak to the ''Manager'' The Pub remains understaffed and disorganized. The Bar Tender/Manager was of little help.. We left hungry.. Not to return to this Pub for awhile until I cool down..More

Last I checked, this part of the world was starting to acknowledge vegetarians and give them some menu options. Not sure why you have next to nothing on your menu that's meat free. My friends and I will return when you do.

Ordered some chicken fingers and a beer before golf. Service was decent, food was pretty standard for chicken fingers, and price point was pretty standard as well. I think they have volleyball available out back which I’ll have to try next time in.

We went for Nachos and with COVID now in the picture we were surprised to see no servers, bartender wearing masks. The tables were spaced out nicely and they had a sanitizer pump bottle sitting on a table when you walked in plus a notice...out front explaining the COVID protocols. Unfortunately our order of nachos was just ok, the nacho chips tasted stale and there were way tooo many chips and not enough of the good stuff (ground beef and cheese). The plus side the beer was ice cold!More

We joined some friends for a pint and a burger after biking the nearby trestle rail trail, and it was lovely. The place was mostly empty inside but we were able to find an open table outside - which was our preference. The burgers were...great, the beer cold, and service quick and friendly. And the views on the patio not to shabby either! The cost for everything was $100 after taxes but before tip. Quite reasonable and delicious.More

First off I have to say that I loved this pub until last night. We play volleyball at the court that's attached to it quite often and enjoy having a drink on the patio with the team afterwards. That being said, last night went differently....We had just gotten off the court and sat at the table we had been sitting at before playing and I ordered a drink while my partner ordered a water. The server then said to my partner that if he doesn't order a drink he can't sit on the patio. Didn't even think twice to just bring the water first and maybe we would have ordered food after that. She decided to lose all our business at once, which is what happened. My team subsequently paid our bills and left, eating food elsewhere. I understand the policy, but if we're on the same bill, same table, and there's other people eating and drinking at our table, your policy is to throw out the one person having a water? (and being the DD for the night) Totally rude & unjustified. Won't be back.More

We like good pub food so decided to try McCulloch Station. The menu offers a nice variety for different tastes. The Beef Dip was first-rate, especially with the cheese and horseradish mayo. The Butter Chicken sandwich was an interesting variation and very good. The staff...were friendly, helpful and complemented the overall experience. We'll be back. . . with friends!!More

We stopped in here for lunch on a wine tour. The food was typical to what you would find at a pub. So if that's what you are after, give it a try! I had the Beyond Meat Vegan Burger which was pretty darn good....The fries are amazing, some kind of coating on them.. and I loved that they allow you to do half fries and salad at no extra charge! We tried a pitcher of the Sangria and it all got finished... no complaints there. lol. Service was friendly and helpful.More

Having visited this restaurant/pub several times over the years, I have never been able to recommend it to others. The only reason I have returned myself is it’s location, which is close to my home. This evening’s visit will however be my last. It started...out with having to request a drink menu, & ordering drinks. At no time did the tall, blonde server advise us that it was Happy Hour (we noticed as we were leaving). Upon ordering his 3rd small glass of Guinness she asked him if he was going to be able to drive. We found that odd as I had told her I was driving & had only 1 very weak drink($11 & couldn’t taste the alcohol!). In addition it embarrassed him. I requested a water & she brought only the 1 glass. Hubby had to ask for his later. We ordered a pizza & fish tacos. Both not good. Crust over done on pizza & fish was a bit under done. When we left we waited so long for the bill, hubby went to the bar to settle up. He thought he had given the server a 15% tip which was more than she deserved, but was shocked when she said it was too small! He looked again & realized he had only given her about 8% (his mistake) but a tip is a tip & to be honest this was the first time I have ever seen someone question the amount of the tip! Last time I checked it was still optional. He put down more money & she rudely said he could keep it! Another embarrassing moment! The very poor service, mediocre food, high drink prices are my reasons for vowing not to go back. Fortunately Kelowna has many restaurant choices.More

The pub is located in eastern Kelowna with a nice view to a green area. The menu includes great burgers, salads, pizza, sandwiches and more traditional pub fare. A large selection of great beers is also available, and our food and service was very good.
