Ordered the beef Rendang at BNA . Tasted nothing like beef Rendang . We should know we are from Malaysia , home of the beef Rendang. The chef said it was his version of Beef Rendang. Beef Rendang is a wonderful savoury spicy dish not...sweet dish . If anyone wants to try a more authentic beef Rendang try Banana Leaf in Vancouver . BNA please do not describe this dish as beef Rendang.More

Great fun for all, good food & drinks. Fantastic venue for families and groups, loved the bowling and pinball with our 10-yr-old. Beer flights and small plates were delicious.

We had such a great night here! Fabulous atmosphere! We played Bocce and had such a laugh as a group of friends. The cocktails and wine sure helped.

I stopped in for dinner after a long travel day. Sat at the bar. I ordered a flight recommended by the bartender, an IPA, a sour and a stout. I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered an appetizer - Tuna Tartare! It was delicious !...Polished off the evening with a pint of stout. Would definitely go backMore

We have walked by many times and just decided last minute to try BNA with our group of 5. We were seated upstairs by Kylie who took care of us for the evening. The service was prompt, friendly and always there when needed. Food was...exactly as stated and very large portions. Really creative. I had the udon and could not eat it all which for me is unusual. I could not believe the roominess of the area. I quit writing reviews a couple of years back but this was so exceptional that I had to write on. Thanks for a great evening Kylie and BNAMore

I had organized a corporate evening for over 30 people to have dinner and drinks at BNA. The food was good and the atmosphere was so much fun! Our server was good....my only complaint is that we had a set bar for our guests and...they were not to serve anything above and beyond without approval. Our server took drink orders, fulfilled them, and THEN informed us of the higher cost drinks she was serving. That isn't how "getting approval" works. So it was very frustrating that the rules we had set out were ignored, even after she was told to not do this. I would definitely return on my own with friends but not sure I would plan a big event again for this reason.More

We came here after a late dinner at a nearby restaurant, as we were looking for a fun atmosphere for drinks. The space is awesome! Very large, and unique. The place seemed super busy which made for a fun atmosphere. Our server was fantastic as...well. The best part was the plate of fresh baked cookies we received with our bills! What a treat. Will definitely come back here for drinks when in Kelowna again!More

We stopped here as the last tour of our 3-hour food and drink walking tour of Kelowna. We had a glass of beer and a sandwich. As the last stop in an 8-stop tour, 6 of which had large portion of food and many of...which also provided a drink, we were pretty full by the time we got here. However the food and beer were both good. We also had a brief tour of the part of this funky place that was not yet open (opens later in the day than our tour).More

Our little family had dinner here last night and it was such a nice welcome to the city! We were excited that this brewery was right around the corner from our Air BnB, and you can actually see from my pictures that it's visible from...our balcony, where we enjoyed another couple cans of their beer after going home! Our server was Remy and she was a star! She recommended good beer, good food, and came to check on us regularly. She made a special note to make sure that the veggies in our 15 month old sons chicken, rice and veggie dish were cooked nice and mushy for him too. He really liked her nails, so she appeased him by letting him grab her hand and look at them every time she came by. He just loved her!😊 We knew we wanted to grab some cans to go before leaving, so Remy made sure to check what time the tap room closed for us and what cans they had so we wouldn't miss out. She was efficient, without ever interrupting us while we ate or talked. When we went to pay she asked what else we were doing in the city and recommended some good places to check out with our son. I had the fish tacos, which were small, but as there were 4 of them, they were very filling. My husband ate the Brisket Sub and fries, which he said was really good. The fries seemed to be bottomless; they went on forever. The Chipotle BBQ sauce was fantastic too. We tried a flight of the Kolsch, the Lager and the rotating tap which was some kind of session Ale I believe. They were all good. I got a pint of the Wolverine Lager after trying it and my husband had a pint of the Pale Ale. All of their beer was very good. Nice, easy drinking beer. The Lager especially had such a smooth taste. If it were any creamier, I would have thought it a cream Ale. We grabbed a couple of the Wolverine Lagers to go as well as a can of their Purple Rain Blackberry Kettle Sour, and that was absolutely delicious as well. All in all, a great first meal in Kelowna. Thank you Remy for the great service and to the other girls hosting as well who were super sweet with our son.😊More

Dinner at BNA June 24th. We had a reservation and were seated right away. Our server, Paula, made us feel welcome right away and explained the menu, etc. Initial drinks were served quickly and the stout was great! Our dinners arrived in good time and...my wife noticed the noodles in her Seafood tagliatelle were nowhere near al dente. They were crunchy and snapped when bent. Paula did not hesitate to re-fire the order and the scond time around was much better. Still slightly under but acceptable. My Braised short rib dinner was amazing! I loved all the layers of flavour and mild heat. Paula was a treat to have as a server and we certainly let her know.More

We have been to BNA several times in the past few years, but not for several months - always found the food and service good. It is a busy, noisy pub atmosphere that often has large groups, which is okay usually and adds to the...fun atmosphere. But last night when we were there , the staff and management seem to lost the handle of what is the appropriate boundary line , between groups having fun, as compared to those that are extremely drunk and obnoxious, and how a restaurant should handle them. We were there last night on Saturday at 6;00pm for dinner, sitting on the upper level. There were lots of large tables with parents and children as well, as there were season ending dance recitals for kids, and other activities going on downtown . Seated near us was a larger group of 8-10 young men, most of who were clearly drunk. They were yelling at each other with every second word being f-this and f-that, along with a lot of other sexual language completely inappropriate for the setting and the families around them. These also proudly and loudly exclaimed how drunk they already were, and how much more drunk they were going to get. The BNA staff did nothing to attempt to deal with them or quiet them, let alone ask them to leave, or cut them off. BNA staff seem not to know or care about the ‘Serve it Right’ program - they just kept providing them with more and more liquor , as the group became more and more obnoxious . We ate as fast as possible, so as to get away from the. Extreme profanity - I felt very bad for the surrounding families with kids, who were looking extremely uncomfortable with the situation. Is BNA a ‘fun’ environment to go for dinner, or ‘family-friendly’? - not so much. I won’t be back anytime soon.More

Our hotel suggest visiting DNA as we had just arrived in Kelowna. It is a busy bar/restaurant with a lot of noise but a great atmosphere. As well as food there are bowling lanes and a number of old game computers. If you are like...me in your 50's you will want lots of quarters to play games you remember from 30 or 40 years ago! The food by the way was also good, we enjoyed starters and mains and probably ate too much! All very tasty...try something new you may be surprised. Also if you are like me and cannot decide which beet to have...they sell 3 x 1/3rd pints of you choice ... you can then chose your favourite for you 2nd or 3rd pint. My favourite was Kenny which was post like an English pint Overall a great find and too expensive (as you can see from attached)More
