The noodle broth was very good, but the price of a large bowl didn't justify the skimpy meat, tendon, and tripe portions. I also had to ask for fresh basil, bean sprouts, and lime which should be expected for a bowl of pho.
Funky atmosphere in the Old City Quarter ... fresh ingredients and consistently delicious in plentiful portions. Efficient wait staff and friendly, too. Love their spring rolls!
