Very casual Greek restaurant in Up town New Westminster , family run , meeting a friend for lunch , she was already got a tablet out the patio , I do not feel very comfortable about it , very small area social distance is questionable..., but I go along with it , only one staff working , menu not over size , they also have the lunch and dinner special every day , Wow < the quality of the FOOD and Service completely different from my last visit , total like night and day !!!!!! new owner ? new cook ? my Roast Lamb like Lamb Stew , so dry , no flavour at all , like from the dumpster ! with my 50 years in the restaurant business ,I can tell right away , it is Microwave Cooking ! they must cooked whole bunch lamb shoulder's and freeze it . when a order come in BANG ! goes in to microwave , (why cut corner ! OWNER ) my friends Chicken Souvlaki also dry , the Calamari very greasy soggy in Greek restaurant ! unbelievable ! it may be the perfect scenarios for some , but not for me ,I do not care how cheap the price are ! I all way say You Pay What You Get ! for sure I will not coming back unless they improve the food quality >More

I enjoy the food and drop in frequently. I especially like the spanakopita, chicken souvlaki, and their tzatziki.

Vegetarians the vegetarian lasagne is inedible. A bowl of tasteless tomato sauce with some sheets of pasta in it. If there were vegetables, I couldn’t find them.

No matter how long it's been since I've visited they always remember what we like. Long time loyal wait staff. Food is the best Greek without being over priced like some other places.

Platter for two are not recommended due to the roasted lamb a bit dry. Not like when you order the regular roasted lamb. Service is a bit low only two server why???. Always many customer. Cost cutting???. Just don’t know why???. Why bother anyway it...is the owner option. But if they want to improve better start put more people to work one more won’t harm them. Think about it.More

I had the evening off and thought I'd go out for a nice dinner somewhere and relax. When I paid for parking on the street, I then walked in and waited as the young man would not make eye contact as he was wiping tables....Obviously busy, I waited for someone to acknowledge me and offer a table. He finally came around and made it feel like I was interrupting his work rather than knowing I was the purpose of it. I told him table for one and he got a menu in his hand, asked inside or out and I said maybe that corner table inside, give me the menu and I can seat myself, he agreed. I saw the specials board and Roast Lamb was on special, something I haven't had in quite a very long time. Waiting up to 10 minutes, he came over to take my order, I ordered the feta pate, one of my favourite Greek dips consisting of spicy red pepper and feta cheese, it came out almost right away and he had brought a glass of water to the table, I was almost wanting something else and had he asked, I might've been persuaded to order something but then I didn't really need anything else so glad he never did. As I was on my phone checking my emails as I travel lots and hadn't had a chance to spend time to myself, I was slowly working my way through the dip when the entree arrived prematurely. I was kind of put off by it, but went with it. I tried the Greek salad and it was tasty and the Roast Lamb was cooked to perfection, plenty of rice and a half potato roasted with 3 baby carrots and some pita bread. The server never did return after he dropped the food off...not once!! I wanted more water, but no return, I can say if it was busy but it wasn't that busy. Either way, they had a sign on the door to hire an experienced flexible server for immediate employment...possibly if they didn't have this practice, they might attract some quality staff to ensure the guests have a good time and return. It's too bad as the food is worth going back for, but I decided to vote with my feet and not return to this restaurant...too much attitude for nothing...time to find another Greek restaurant to go and try and to support.More
