We have ordered the dinner for 2 from this restaurant 4 times over the past couple of months. Everything has been absolutely amazing. The restaurant offers these dinners 2x/week for either next day pickup or delivery. We have dined on chicken cacciatore, bison meatballs, chicken...cordon blue gratin( this was absolutely amazing!) and a Moroccan beef tagine. Salads, sides and accompanying appetizers have been excellent as well. Highly recommend this “in your own home dining” pleasure!More

This restaurant may be closed but they have adapted to COVID-19 by preparing complete dinners for two that you pickup and prepare at home. Complete instructions are easy to follow and we had an absolutely fabulous dining experience......complete with a music playlist provided by the...owner! Ordering was easy on line and either pickup or delivery is available. We enjoyed a creamy butternut squash based soup with a mascarpone garam masala swirl. The salad of crunchy celery, fresh dates, red onion, feta in a poppyseed vinaigrette was nothing short of spectacular! So flavourful. Dinner was a very good chicken cacciatore served on herbed orzo. Dessert was a bananas foster custard with a cashew praline topping. Portions were more than generous and we have leftovers of everything but the salad.More

Absolutely delicious cuisine made with heart. During Covid19 they are cooking up a storm and delivering to your home. All meals cooked with love and homemade comfort.

We dined at Front Street on February 29 while visiting Penticton and were so happy we chose this tiny restaurant. It seats 15 at so you definitely need a reservation. They create share plates that are considerably larger than a typical tapas-type place. We were...told that 3-4 plates is good for two people. We ordered four and we had no room for dessert. They have a small and simple wine program with a half dozen or so choices of whites and reds plus a bubbly and a rose. The offerings (mostly local with a few French selections) were very good and they use the same set price for all of them by the glass and by the bottle. The food was exceptional, service impeccable and it was all very reasonably priced.More

Who would have thought Penticton would have such an amazing restaurant? Intimate brasserie that seats only 12 inside. You get to meet your neighbours and see what everyone is enjoying. Menu was written on a chalkboard and offered good descriptions of the dishes. Because it...was Valentines Day, they also had had special 3 or 4 course dinners for 2 to share. We opted for one of these. The starter was a choice of Caesar salad or beet tartar. The Caesar looked amazing (we got to taste the warm garlic croutons! ) but we ordered the beet tartar as it sounded so intriguing. It was amazingly good. The combination of beets, honey, horseradish and feta worked well. The grilled halloumi with chimichurra sauce was also very good. Tender flavourful duck confit served with kale, cranberry, and chickpeas in a white wine sauce was ever so good. We finished off with a decadent creme brûlée. A bottle of Blasted Church Cab Franc went well with dinner. Absolutely fabulous food and service! The owners should be very proud of this brasserie.More

good food; a little confusing at first; menu was varied from normal, but enjoyed it. Service was rather slow, but we were in no hurry.

I love coming here! I recently visited on a date with my mom, and the service was impeccable as always. We weren’t sure what we were in the mood to eat, so Lisa decided for us! Delicious Caesar salad, a fabulous mushroom dish, pork cheeks,...and a lovely trio of desserts. All topped off with a stunning bottle of French wine! We love coming here, and definitely recommend it. Since they are extremely busy, make your reservations early!More

This amazing restaurant is a solid 10/10. We are huge foodies and love trying new places, we have never been into chain restaurants, and we have travelled all over the world trying new foods and tasty treats, but this place sets the new standard. AMAZING...food, AMAZING service. Almost all the dishes are meant for sharing, prices are reasonable considering you are getting “made to order” food. Nothing is sitting around under a crusty hot lamp waiting for the next sucker, the food here is made with pride, for enjoyment. It’s very apparent, the chef and his lovely wife seriously enjoy what they do, it’s a genuine passion. The flavours, the creativity, the genuine desire to make fantastic food is a passion at this restaurant. If I could eat there everyday I would. Don’t pass up a chance to visit this wonderful gem of a restaurant! Don’t forget to make a reservation, this tiny place fills up fast!More
