I wanted Prime Rib for my birthday and wow did I get it. We had the 14 oz med rare and the Maple Glazed Salmon they were stellar. The Salmon had a delicately flavored crunchy crust while the Prime Rib had a perfectly roasted exterior...with a warm pink interior all presented on a lovely au jus. The vegetables were both perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, carrot and asparagus in a bundle wrapped in a long thin zucchini slice. The manager came by to get feedback on the service, food, and in particular our opinion the live music that he had just introduced. The couple was amazing they performed 40's genre pop and swing at the perfect level to be enjoyed and still be able to have conversations. A great cross-section of folks with a nice mix of most enjoyable between-table banter. Dining out post-COVID has in general been underwhelming for me, but Winston's has got a winning mix happening, it definitely beckons a return trip.More

Three friends on a Thursday evening went for a prime rib dinner. The prime rib was done exactly to perfection, the vegetables were crisp but cooked and attractively presented, the Yorkshire pudding was large and well done as were the garlic mashed potatoes and gravy....The cost was very reasonable as well. The food is always great. We had a group of about 30 and the kitchen was able not only keep up, but also provide a quality meal for everyone. It was so good that we were still talking about it the following day. The best...part of the meal was the service. Lorie was incredible. I believe she handled the orders single handed and was friendly, informative and just an all around wonderful person. We met old friends here for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meal. Two of us had the 6oz prime rib dinner and it was delicious! The service was a bit slow ( finding our wine took a very long time because it was in the...basement) but our server was attentive and delightful. We had breakfast here the next morning and it was very good and reasonably priced, with another great server.More

We always enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant as it’s conducive to quiet conversation among all ages groups. The seating there is a special treat: large comfortable tapestry chairs and armchairs.
