For 12 dollars I got two undercooked eggs, small bowl of fruit and wonder bread toast spread with margarine and served with one type of jam which was expired. The owner sees nothing wrong with this. You think I’m coming back?

Had the cheese burger which included an excellent soup. The burger was made of local grass fed beef and the soup was freshly made. There is an excellent beer and wine selection and the whole place has a great vibe. The servers were very friendly...and warm and made one feel at home.More

The Best Place in Town Me and my friends came to Margo’s cafe for brunch and we love this cafe! The food so tasty and lots of choices. Because I always try to eat something healthy so I choose salads and the taste so fresh...and excellent! The pumpkin pie also so yummy! My friends they eat tuna wraps and Swiss burger also cheese cake for dessert and they love it so much. The service was great and the ambience was perfect. The price is good for all the nice foods. Definitely we will come back againMore

Over the last few years we have, on occasion, gone to Margo’s to get wraps to take home for lunch. They have several varieties, most of which are some form of chicken rolled in a tortilla. We have, in the past, found them to be...an affordable and tasty lunch. However, when we went there last week we found things have changed.I believe there has been a change in ownership or management of this restaurant. The price has gone up and the quality has fallen. The Greek wrap no longer has feta nor red onions and the olives have become “an olive.” The club wrap was okay butcwasvery bland. We shall not be returning. Too badMore

My mother in law and i were in today for breakfast, before i even took a bite from my eggs benny there was a black hair in it. I told the lady about it and all she did was say sorry and then came back...with a muffin, not once did any of them offer to re make it for me, discount, nothing. All they did was give me a muffin ...i’m sorry but a muffin doesn’t excuse the fact that there was SOMEONE ELSES hair in my food, the ladies in the back don’t even wear hair nets or gloves the fact that they didn’t even bat an eye about their hair in my food is disgusting. Clearly your employees need to take food safe, we will never come back to this place or suggest it to anyone.More

I found this place via TA and took the short walk from my hotel around 7:30am local time. It is located on the main route through city centre Victoria Street/TransCanada. It is a vibrant spot with customers coming and going and you can tell there...are plenty of regulars because staff call them by name. There's a chalkboard menu for lunch, etc. But the breakfast menu is printed and at the cash. I order coffee and an egg scramble which came with wheat toast and a bowl of fruit. It was flavourful and looked good as well. The fruit was good as well. I would consider the coffee average. The service was, as others suggest, perhaps a bit scattered but this is actually what makes this place charming - think of some of the quirky cafes from The Seinfeld Show! I would definitely come back to this spot and recommend it based on the quirky charm, if you're into that. It was overly busy during the morning Rush and was worth the wait for my food...which seemed to be forgotten. Two staff apologized for the length of time and one gave me a blueberry scone on the house. It was delicious!More

Food is good. They are a bit unorganized at times. Ordered bacon and eggs twice now and the over easy eggs were over med and the next time I ordered scrambled and they were barely stirred. Looked like a broken egg fried with big clumps...of eggs whites then puddles of cooked egg yolks. Great bacon but poor bread choices. If you love mcgavin’s bread then you’ll feel right at home. If you are looking for a sandwich with a good rye bread or artisan bread then pass on by.More
