As good as ever. The Only reason I didn’t give it the max stars is that because of Covid they have taken Thai desserts off the menu.
Our spring rolls were really hot( my wife dropped one onto her clothes), and our curries and noodles super. And my Singha beer was just the way it should be, cold.

A really good meal in a beautiful heritage fire hall. The green curry ( w chicken) was excellent. It was a busy night and the young staff were hustling, so go for a relaxed tasty meal not a fast feed.

Despite some concern from a few bad reviews, I decided to return to an old favorite while visiting the area.
The service was prompt and friendly and the Pah-neang curry was absolutely delicious and just spicy enough.
I'm so glad I didn't let errant reviews stop me from returning for such a lovely meal!

The Thai food was good but there were excessive delays - 1 hr to start receiving drinks and 1 hr 15 min to start getting food. They had some very young, but also very pleasant, staff. Perhaps they were suffering from staff shortages. Maybe it would be better on another night.

Very good Thai food in a cool location (old fire house). We had a fabulous green papaya salad and also the green curry with chicken was also excellent. It is a small ski town and the food is cooked to order so have a drink and be patient It is worth the wait

I've probably eaten here around 20 times since the place opened, and it has consistently been awesome! The owner imports many of the specialized ingredients you cannot get in the Kootenays straight from Thailand, so you aren't just getting some throw together meal with what's available around here. Portion sizes are very reasonable for the quality and price. I ordered two meals last time, and managed to eat some of the second dish, but I was very full after!
Finally, I really like how the food is brought to you as it is prepared!** I hate waiting to be served at the same time as everyone else and get cold food. Thankfully that doesnt happen here!

Terrible service and unpleasant owner. It took over 1 hour to get 3 beers, 3 glasses of wine & two gin & tonics. The food arrived over an hour and a half after ordering and was not what we ordered. It arrived in one meal at a time for the group over at least a 30 minute period. Two orders had been forgotten and were asked for at least 3 timed before anything arrived. Some of the group had finished their meals before others got their starters!
It is hard to cook bad Thai food, but this restaurant manages to do this! My chicken dish was tepid and tasteless, the curry was ok.

Small town got you down? Try some high heat Thai at Mook Thai Lounge in Rossland. It’s served in an old fire hall so you’ll be safe. We tried the Pad Kee Mao with Prawns and the Kaow Ob Supparod with Tiger Prawns which was served in a pineapple!! both were👌🏼💥 and the presentation was on point. Needless to say, prawns were the theme this evening. We also appreciated the friendly, fast service which is definitely worth a mention, and makes all the difference when dining out as much as we do!

We ate here on a Monday evening. The food was delicious, the staff was efficient and friendly, and the owner June was delightful! The building (old fire hall is very cool. I highly recommend this place!

The food was OK but everything other than that was completely unprofessional nobody had any idea what was going on in there Couple of the people only got half the food And one person didn’t even get their meal
Definitely never going back
Also paying our bills took 45 minutes

The food was unappealing, coconut rice came to our table cold, red curry with beef was tough and the bamboo shoots fibrous and old. Had a stir fry that was dull and colourless. The chef came out to talk to us and was very argumentative. Too expensive for what we got. We won't be going back.....

We were a group of 5, each of our dinner orders orders arrived separately (the waitress knew we were not all sharing the dishes ordered), but still didn’t bring everything to the table together. Service was slow. Food was ok, but not anything to praise. And the waitress felt she had to reach over our table and show us how to stir our food - she actually took the silverware from two of us. I was trying to keep things separated. It was rude, unnecessary, and annoying.

On collecting a takeout (we're locals), we were suprised to find raw cabbage substituted for beansprouts in a Pad Thai.
Wasn't mentioned on ordering, and on calling back was told that there was no beansprouts available, with no offer to make it right.
On emailing the restaurant, a standard reply promised contact from the owner..nothing to date.
This was a takeout meal costing $22 + tax. Not what I was expecting, especially when I despise cabbage :)
