This place is always awesome. Such a classic ski lodge bar! The server who waited on us from Belgium was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, knew the menu and was a pleasure to chat with. Thanks!

Stopped in for an appetizer and beer while waiting for our room at the Josie. Loved the decor and the atmosphere. The food was great and there was a big selection of beer on tap! My only concern was the groups of people sitting together...of 4 - 6 adults and in one case a larger group seated between two tables. Given the Provincial Health Orders, it would seem many of the skiing crowd were jot following the restrictions.More
Cool ski bar. Beers and service good. Food sub par which is the general theme at Red Mountain. We had a $21 pepperoni pizza which I am sure was frozen out of a box. Come on Red Mountain, your food could be so much better.
I would recommend going anywhere else. Went night skiing with my son. Afterwards we came in for dinner, and were ignored for 20 minutes before anyone came to ask us if we wanted a menu/drink/anything. Another table shared food with us as they could see...my kid was hungry. Seriously the service in Rafters is the worse. I don't know who the servers are catering to, but they definitely turn the other way if you have children.More
Enjoyable pub at RED Mountain resort. We visited on two different occasions. Service was quick, beer was good and they have a great club sandwich! The food service was a little slow, but the food was tasty. About as much as you could ask for...after a fabulous day of skiing!More
Great apres ski with the family. Love that you can brings kids after a day of skiing. We munched on the nachos and onion rings. Great time.
Go straight there after skiing as it gets really busy, really good atmosphere and then everyone is gone.
A good restaurant, right on the mountain, good quality meals, a perfect ski bar with lots of atmosphere. Live music many nights.
THE place for apres ski at Red Moutian, The Rafters features lots of local brews, only $5 Canadian during the No Shower Happy Hour. There are food specials, too. Try the poutine for a real Canadian experience.
Fun after ski bar, cold beer and the waitstaff was friendly and pleasant. Did visit it a couple of times while at RED
Great place to have a couple of cold ones or a bite to eat at lunch or after a day of skiing... staff is friendly and attentive... good selection of beers including some local craft varieties... food is typical but atmosphere is authentic small town...ski bar... check it out when visiting Red Mountain..More
A great place to go after skiing . Great food and great vibe! This place is a must stop. Friendly locals and visitors alike.
Nothing better than a beer or two after a days skiing. Don't expect to get a beer quickly at this place though. On the two occasions I went there it was not busy but it took ages to get served even when, on the second...occasion, we sat at the bar. The first time the waitress appeared to feel as though she was doing us a favour by serving us. We ended up waiting until we got down to Rossland to enjoy a beer for the rest of our stay. I was mentioning this to a "local" and he said he and a number of others he knows don't go there because of the poor service.More
Went there 2 times (because we loved it the first time so much). Great food, great & very friendly service. The currently have a German chef (Lars) and some German dishes are on their menu. We tried the Kaiserschmarrn which was one of the best...we had in our live. Great beer on tap, too. Definitely can recommend this place and will go there again.More
After a day of skiing, this pub can get ridiculously busy. If your ski pub expectations are low, you’ll be fine. They offer live music on some weekends and the vibe is cool for the ski lifestyle. It just can get really packed and hard...to find a table when they are a peak hours. So you should get a beer first, then search for a table.More
