After a good lunch a I was looking for a dessert and I found this place that people from the hostel recommended me - and everything was true! Excellent cheesecake and free wifi! (Good thing for travelers)

Two of us stopped by Trees Organic for a latte....DELISH! Not only do they have great coffee but they also have a ridiculous number of flavors of cheesecake. We didn't get any but it looked terrific. Highly recommend!

Lovely location, quality product. Great coffee, peanut butter cake brilliant, cheese scone was nice but perhaps mature cheddar would be better. Make sure you visit.

If you like tea this is the place to come. Brilliant selection of tea, both decaf and caffeinated. Nice selection of healthy food and not so healthy but amazing looking cakes. Quite busy but staff keep things ticking off. Tables were a little messy but it was busy so fair enough.

I was visiting town and just taking a stroll down Granville. Trees Organic looked inviting and I needed a "rest stop" so I got a cup of coffee as well. Service was fast and very friendly, coffee was very good. I got my coffee to go and continued my walk, but could not get the featured cheesecake out of my... More

I ordered a mocha cheesecake and a cafe mocha. This was the best cheesecake I've ever had. My wife never eats cheesesteak and she liked it. The coffee was good too. A cozy place I'll be back

My wife and I stumbled on this place during our first visit to Vancouver over 5 years ago, and have made it a point to revisit this place everytime we come back. The cheesecake is very good, albeit on the premium price side (over $7 Canadian per piece). The Sin and the Raspberry Chocolate are both very good, especially The... More

Staying in Gastown

Neighbourhood Profile
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.
