I'd been to the original Miku in Vancouver last year, which is still one of my favorite sushi experiences ever. This one had a slightly different menu, but everything was still very good. The prices are not cheap, but the service was very good and...More

If you only have time for one sushi outing when you visit Vancouver, make sure to check out Miku. Quality of the sushi is outstanding and the attention to detail appreciated. You will pay a little more, but you will get much more!!

It's often packed and reservations are needed. The views are also beautiful. We save this spot for special occasions and work...More

I tried to book a table for Monday night on Monday before lunch and couldn't get a table reservation before 8:45 pm. I was staying at the Pan P. On my next trip I'd like to try your restaurant but I don't eat supper past 7:pm. When should I book once my trip is confirmed?

We specialize in Aburi, or flamed-seared sushi, which was developed nearly a century ago in Japan. The act of applying fire directly to sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the fish, creating a new and exciting culinary experience. Miku owner Seigo Nakamura innovated the Aburi concept by crafting specialty sauces using non-traditional Japanese ingredients to pair with each type of fish. The light sear from the binchotan (Japanese bamboo charcoal) caramelizes the sauce, releasing a smoky aroma and bringing out the finest flavours in each piece of Aburi sushi.

Miku Restaurant is within walking distance from the Pan Pacific Hotel, Canada Place, Fly Over Canada, Cruise Ship Terminals and Sea Bus.
