Just a short distance from the waterfront and a city stroll between buildings in a great open space. Known for thick rich delicious hot chocolate or coffee/Chocolate combinations and maybe a pastry. Wonderful place to stop and enjoy. When we are able to get into the big bad city we like to stop by

We visited on a snowy day to warm up and have a coffee with a chocolatey snack. The cafe itself lacked any character, ambience and atmosphere and the staff seemed a little distant and not overly friendly. However, the coffee was lovely and their chocolate was tasty. I'd recommend a takeout in future.

Stopped by on a snowy day -- rare in Vancouver. -- for hot chocolate. I had the 70% cacao, which was good and -- rarely for North America-- not too sweet. The 35% cacao, which my partner had, is a more milky and sweeter chocolate, and went down well -- if that's to your taste. The cafe itself isn't anything... More

Cozy little spot for something a little different than the usual vancouver coffee experience.very kid friendly. Best latte I have had in years. Kids all loved the hot chocolate.free chocolate with every order. I didn't know that and tried to buy a chocolate for the kids and the owner said 'don't bother, there is a tray of sample chocolates over... More

A rare treat. Have the 'London Fog' if you want something delicious and unusual. Their tea and chocolate blend menu is worth the visit alone.

I visited on a cold morning last year for a peppermint-spiked dark hot chocolate. The cafe is in a quiet but lovely corner tucked away near the waterfront downtown, looking over a courtyard; a nice place to sit without being near traffic. Though not the very top of my list of best hot chocolates I've ever had, it was quite... More

This is what Koko Monk wants to be but isn't. Mink chocolates are delicious and the coffee is not bad. Have a hot chocolate and say a few witty things on a first date. Fellas: if you take a girl here she will know you have good taste and have some class. Kind of pricey but that goes with the... More

The chocolate was excellent, but what sealed the deal was the hot chocolate. This was one of the best beverages of our 13 day trip!

Very nice coffee and chocolate shop in Vancouver. We had one of their chocolate fondues which was very nice. The chocolate was thinner than I expected but it looked and tasted great. Washed down with a couple of lattes and a nice sample of dark chocolate miniatures which where very good too. Well worth a visit.
