I bought a groupon to take my family there for dinner. The business was apparently sold and the new owners would not honor the groupon. Bad business, there are so many great restaraunt choices in Vancouver. This is not one of them.

A little bit off the beaten path of restaurants, the Smoking Dog was a delightful find. It had a fairly good wine list however wines could only be bought by the glass or bottle. No 1/2 liters here. Overall a really nice experience.

Six of us had dinner on a Saturday night and did the dine out Vancouver menu. It was fantastic. Portions were just right and very flavourful. Staff was hard working and the manager was terrific.
