Due to limited time I ate several meals here and all were excellent with a nice selection. Breakfast was my favourite and was more like brunch! Nice selection of wines for dinner as well and great service.

Easy access to this restaurant will easily be the highlight of a stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harborfront!

We took advantage of the restaurant in our hotel after a late morning early afternoon to grab a bite to eat and a beer and watch the Jays game. Food was great, a local craft beer was very good and our bartender server was incredibly...friendly and in fact we were checking out the ball games scores on TSN as we watched the Jays on the last day of baseball. Jays won but as you all know, so did the Yankees and Red Sox.More

We ordered take out, and after calling the restaurant +5 times with negative results, had to walk there. Food was ordered and we were told we would get a call when it was ready. After 45 mins with no call, we called in and were...told they had been trying to reach us (no calls received). As a result, the food was cold and we were not compensated for this. Portions were small for the price tags. Flavour was good, if it had been warm it probably would have been okay. Overall would not recommend.More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved eating breakfast here every day. Pavel, one of the servers was exquisite with his service, kindness, care, professionalism and efficient. Rob, who I met in the evenings was also very good at his job. I...had no problem getting my service dog into public areas. The menu for breakfast, happy hour and dinner were great.More

Waited almost 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Our sever acted so put out when we wanted to order food as well. The happy hour menu doesn’t specify what flavour of wings you get or if you get a choice. When I asked...him when he came back with our drinks he barked “salt and pepper”. He said I could t have hot wings but he would put the sauce on the side. He didn’t. The food arrives, it’s hot at least. The pickles and wings tasted like they came from a bag out of the freezer. The hummus was average but they put olives on top so that added much needed salt and flavour. We were never checked up on. Our drinks are almost empty. But looking around the other tables are getting his attention. I finally flagged him down to order some chips and dip. He never even asked if we wanted another drink. 10 minutes go by and we are fed up! I got him over to the table and asked for our bill telling him we didn’t want the food. The chips came while we were waiting for our bill but we sent them away. Too late. He came back and told us we could have it for free. No thanks. We proceeded to tell him how unhappy we were with the service and he snatches the bill, crumples it up and storms off! He came back to tell us our bill was taken care of and then yells at us saying he’s worked there for so long and he’s working hard etc etc. Yes, literally yelled. When we asked to see a manager we were told the restaurant didn’t have one but the front desk manager would come over. He was useless, basically a deer in the headlights. All he did was keep apologizing over and over. He wouldn’t tell us our servers name. We didn’t get a chance to read it on his name tag since he would run off so fast and he grabbed the bill away so fast too. We thought that was kind of shady. It’s not like we wanted his address and phone number. The managers name is Aki, I got that. Our server was older, very heavyset with wavy grey hair. This place is not worth it, even with all day happy hour. You’d think in this day and age establishments would do their best to keep our business. Not the case here.More

The restaurant is in the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel which is where we stayed. We ate there a couple of times and had drinks. The happy hour prices are a great deal. The food was very good and the service as well. The bartenders made very...good drinks and were professional. I would eat/drink here again even if we are not staying at the hotel.More

My family and I ate here a couple times during our recent stay at The Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. I’ve never expected much from hotel restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised here. The menu isn’t extensive which I feel allows them to put out a decent...product. We were able to sit outside on each occasion which is quite nice and quaint. Some meals we found great were the angus burger, mushroom penne, breakfast pancakes (it’s HUGE) and classic eggs benny. Overall the food here is pretty good. The service is average but I can tell they’re trying. Overall we were happy with everything. As far as Covid protocols the hotel and restaurant seem to be doing a good job but there’s always things that could be done better. A sanitizing station beside the communal coffee/tea area would be a good start as well as someone enforcing the masks indoors policy but I do understand these things are hard to do.More
