We visited for lunch (on business) on a cold rainy miserable day. We had just arrived at the hotel from the airport. The ramen and salmon was delicious and although it sounds hyperbolic, I felt much warmer and content after eating here. The atmosphere vibe...More

Thank you again TA! I would have never ever stopped here... and I would have missed an explosion of flavors! It's a basic almost simple to the bone hideout whose dishes are memorable in a 'OMG!' way. Not necessarily light or for those who like...More

I've tried so many locations Santoka offers - it's just amazing. I usually get toro chashu one with hard noodle and extra oil. It's always consistent, quick service and cozy interior design unlike new Jinya location. Can't wait to visit again!

I live this place. It is fast food ramen so be prepared to order while in line and the food to arrive as you sit down. Then you will eat and pay in about 15 min. Good food fast pace

Great selection. I saw the lines out front (a few times) and decided to try it. I was not familiar with all the Asian items on the menu so got some help and had pan fried dumplings and some pork noodle soup. It was delicious....More

Couple of us are familiar with Ramen but my wife and youngest who have not had ramen were willing to try. Santouka had a simple menu but good choices for all of us. Loved the tan tan men but wanted it a bit more spicy....More

Small place with good atmosphere and great food. Varied ramen menu. $50/2 people. Gets very busy, with lineups, at dinner time. Get there early. Will definitely go back.

We came here twice in three days - first time was for our first meal in Vancouver and then as our last meal before we left. We arrived on a Sunday night and headed straight here after checking into our hotel. I had found this...More

The best part I like about Santouka's ramen is, they usually serve you the tender ramen in the bowl. Yet the soup inside the bowl is so hot, that it continues to cook your ramen. So the longer you eat the ramen, the softer it...More

Get there early. I think they open at 11:30 so be there before that for lunch. I'd be there 11:15. It is quite a popular place so that's my advice. I'm not sure if they take reservations but I think not. Phone to ask though... More
