Breakfasts not so good; lunches and dinners are good to very good. The dinner entrees are limited so I wouldn't want to go too often. Pies are a specialty and these are great. This is a useful location (near the Woodwards development that houses the...More

OK, this place is located towards the heart of Vancouver's downtown eastside. You will find addicts, boozers, homeless, panhandlers and other unfortunate souls on the sidewalk. It is worth the effort to get there and parking is pretty close if you want to drive. My...More

I love it here. The staff are wonderful and no-nonsense. The food is fresh and interesting. I'm celiac and there are plenty of fresh options including sandwiches on delicious fresh bread. If you can eat gluten, the pies look incredible. Just a great spot all...More

This is a difficult review to write. There is so much right about this cafe. Unfortunately the breakfast my wife and I had did not come close to being satisfying. The cafe has no grill and so they are trying the concept to bake breakfast....More

We picked this place from the TripAdvisor reviews and they were right - it's totally funky/cute and the food is fantastic. We had the best chicken quiche and turkey sandwiches! The place was almost empty at 2 PM, and the service was really friendly and...More

Vancouver has many fine restaurants. I know because I spent a week eating at some of the most upscale restaurants in town while on vacation. For example, The Coast is a truly awesome place with wonderful VIP treatment. Nonetheless, the best meal I had in...More

Just happened upon this quaint restaurant - peeked my head in and was curious to see if the food matched this earthy, unique spot with an open concept. The low ceiIing gave it a cozy feel, especially on a rainy day. I was taken care...More

We just love the foods at all times of the day. Breakfast, late snacks, dinner with super comfy foods like meat loaf and pot pies and brunch. The staf. Are fun the people watching is the best.

SERVING BREAKFAST ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! Located just East of the Woodward's complex on Hastings Street in the historic Paris Block. Open every day of the year aside from December 24, 25 & 26. Excellent food made to order, and all pies and pastries baked from scratch, in-house.
