Visited Vancouver for 6 days and tried as many coffee shops as I possibly could since I'm a coffee lover and there is a coffee shop around every corner. Revolver was my number 1 choice out of the 7 I visited. The young man that served me was exceptional! After explaining the menu choices, I told him to surprise me...he did it with a smile. Also, he saw me looking at coffee on the shelves and immediately came over to offer his assistance. How refreshing that great customer service lives. Last, you must try the power muffin.

Without a doubt this is my go to Coffee spot in Vancouver. Its worth the trek from anywhere but a great start before you journey around gastown. They have a wide variety of coffees they use from various roasters around the globe. The have their shots nailed in. The only downfall of this place, is the annoying hipsters who sit for hours writing their, sure to be a success, movie script. Leave let other people enjoy sitting down.

This coffee shop is for the real coffee guru. Each cup is freshly made in front of you like in a lab... An experience! As for me, I'm more of a latte guy, so it was a bit wasted on me. Also, I was looking forward to a piece of cake with my coffee, but as I'd left it late in the day to visit, there was nothing left. It is a good place for serious coffee lovers though, in Gastown, Vancouver, and the ambience is nice in a historical building with character.

Searching as a coffee snob in Vancouver can be a challenge. Finally this place. Outstanding. Asked for a double shot cortado. Perfect. Next time I will ask for the espresso tasting flight. So recommended kiwis and Aussies.

Excellent service…thoughtful and kind barista. The coffee was delicious and the chocolate donut & chocolate croissant were fabulous. Very cool industrial atmosphere in quaint Gastown neighborhood.

My husband and I visited this location and loved the coffee and the overall feel of the location. Staff were friendly and although it was quite busy, they still were personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Not their problem but i found their coffee to be good not "outstanding" or memorable. Not sure what all the hype is? perhaps the environment?
I think this place has permanently closed as well.

I go here often. The macchiato is one of the smoothest and most flavourful anywhere. The pastries and cinnamon rolls are excellent too, but you need to grab one early before they are all gone.

The drinks were incredible, and I really liked being able to choose from several different roasters. The packaged coffee beans were also irresistible.

This was recommended to us on account of it taking its coffee seriously. And it sort of did. We tried the espresso tasting menu - which was fun – although probably not wise at 4pm. The main difficulty we had was that it was a really uncomfortable place to be in. The music was deafening and so customers raised their voices to be heard. It was quite possibly the least relaxing coffee shop we have ever been to – and we have been to many. It simply wasn’t a place to enjoy good coffee unless you’re with a hen party! In which case, have fun. But the coffee was no better than other places in Vancouver that are far more enjoyable to sit and stay a while.
