Great place for take away. Never had a complaint about the food or service. Can't make any comments about eating in.

Donairs were great tasting. Appreciated the fast service and amount of portions in bread. Tables outside and in and a great experience for sure! Good prices also. Longbeach.
We tried their food last year we had the chicken kabobs then and enjoyed them quite a lot. So this time while in Vancouver we knew where we wanted to return. We tried the Chicken Shawarma and were not disappointed. Portion size was very large...and generous, you can tell there is love put in the preparation of the food they serve. Can't wait to eat there again when we return to Vancouver this summer.More
I went to the Mediterranean grill for the 1st time tonight. While it’s basically a little hole in the wall, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding and huge. So much flavour. While it’s served in togo containers, it’s well worth going. We had...2 glasses of good wine, a beer, chicken and beef shawarma. So delish. The staf were wonderful polite and kind. Highly recommend. Not fancy. Just goodMore
We ordered takeout: one beef pita wrap, and one pita wrap with beef and lamb. The guy asked, "Two?" We said, two wraps: one beef, one beef and lamb. He said, "Two." When a lady handed us our order, we asked, "This is one beef,...one beef and lamb, right?" She was not communicative. What they gave us was two beef and lamb wraps. The meat was gristly, the flavour was mediocre, and the contents of both wraps were sloppily wrapped. One of us -- the one who hates lamb -- got sick about 90 minutes after eating. There is so much great donair in that neighbourhood, there's no reason to go to this place.More
Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I ordered in and ate on their patio by myself. I asked two different people for a cup of water politely at least 2 times each over a 15 minute period. They nodded then ignored. I...get it they're busy but the disrespect I've never actually encountered ever as a paying customerI walked in and asked the main guy who works behind the counter he ignored me, doesn't even make eye contact. I've been getting takeout for years leaving 20 percent tips on takeout. After he walks away, I get frustrated and ask him again why he's ignoring me, he says "we're busy" rudely and brushes me off. A paying customer and he doesn't ever respect a long time customer to ever look me in the eye and answer me. I asked for water. Water!! Like I'm not even entitled for water During a heatwave. I would not recommend this place purely for the terrible customer service. I had such a negative experience I will put this review on every channel. GeraldMore
good food, reasonably priced, great hours. Staff are always happy and cheerful. Chicken Schwarma dinner special is my go to dish when I eat there.
Went for a walk while visiting Vancouver, found this gem and wasn’t disappointed! It was so good, and the helpings were large. Next visit I’m definitely coming back.
Very bad food and atmosphere, staff standing on the sidewalk vaping while trying to bring customers off the street, food quality very low, I do not recommend at all, many good restaurants in this area, no need to go to a bad one
The food here is so so good. Made fresh every day and the guys that run the shop are friendly and remember me when I return. They know that I’m on keto and often will build me a scrumptious meal that is not on the...menu. Great place!More
It is one of the best restaurants in Vancouver. It has kind servers who will provide delicious food to you at reasonable price. Moreover, its draught beer is wonderful. Lamb&beef donair is not pungent, so you can enjoy the perfect combination of original ingredents. I...recommend this restaurant, confidently. PS. Unfortunately, I cannot go to this place at least for 4weeks because my tooth was broken. It is very sad.More
Any time that I travel to Vancouver, BC This is a must go dinner option for us. The service is quick, the portions are big and the food is awesome. The staff are friendly, they know their regulars and sometimes they even remember what their...clients like. On the most recent trip, February 2020 I witnessed a couple come in to the restaurant and the owner was like " the regular for you?" to which the client said yes and immediately their food was being made. Now that is what I call awesome service. If you have not tried it then you really need to on your next trip.More
We stumbled upon this place by accident and we’re glad we did! Not only are the portion sizes great, but the food was delicious and the guys working there were all very nice. Quite a few locals were picking up food to go including a...group of firemen. In my opinion, if the locals frequent a restaurant, the food must be good. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the vicinity of Stanley Park.More
I’m not much of a fan of Mediterranean places, but I must have walked by this Denman Street location dozens of times before I was convinced to give it a try. I’m glad I did. Everything I tried was terrific, particularly the Chicken Shawarma pita....My companions had different things, but I was too happy with what I had to ask them, but there were no leftovers except for some rice that I was too full to finish. Denman Street has a lot of little restaurants and it can get really busy with many people on the sidewalk, so delivery is a decent option. I will definitely make it a point to return when I’m in Vancouver’s West End.More
We used to regularly order food from here but haven’t for a few years. It used to be excellent, but it’s gone seriously, seriously downhill. We ordered food for delivery- a chicken shawarma plate and a beef souvlaki plate. We actually ended up throwing everything...out after a few bites. The rice appeared to be a mixture of new and old rice, previously cooked and reheated, so some pieces were crunchy and hard and some were barely cooked. The pita bread smelled gone off. The beef was inedible. And everything was either freezing cold or barely heated. Never again.More
