It seems all locations have been closed. What a disappointment, I will forever miss the amazing authentic flavours this place had to offer.

We ordered two iced teas & ended up getting two Thai iced teas. We could have sent them back but felt bad that they'd made them so we tried to drink them. They were way too rich for us & we definitely wouldn't order them...More

Very pleasant place for dinner. Staff are in native dress and are very attentive. Food is very good and attractively presented. Perhaps a little pricier than some Thai restaurants but since most Thai restaurants downtown are closing, this was a find..

This is no ordinary Thai restaurant; maybe you get a hint from the name. The decor is atmospherically tasteful and the waiter is dressed in a Hollywood version of traditional Thai costume; think the King and I. The lunch menu is robust, the dishes tasty;...More

During a recent visit we ordered green curry chicken. While the dish had excellent flavour, it was almost totally devoid of chicken. We left feeling it was false advertising and the dish should have been called green curry vegetables.

Quaint, comfortable, attentive service and excellent food!! The Pad Thai was very tasty, the Thai seafood dish was excellent with a variety of bounty from the sea. The green curry had just the right spice and a great presentation. Tiger beer and a Pinot Gris...More

We had a delightful meal here and recommended. We had the spinach with chicken and peanut sauce and although the serving was not huge it was enough for two people when accompanied with another entrée and brown rice.

U & I Thai is a family owned Thai restaurant located in the heart of Vancouver on Cambie Street. Our menu is based on authentic Thai cuisine native to Thailand with a focus on quality, fresh ingredients for our customers. We are a fully licensed restaurant and offer ample space for both casual diners and organized parties which may find our Private Room perfectly suited for larger groups. With her first enterprenuial venture being the owner of a street food truck in Bangkok, the owner, Ui Ratsomjit (pronouced U) spent much of her time prepared fresh foods such as her Green Papaya Salad, Satays, & Gapow Stir Frys for the local hungry patrons. Her style of cooking comes from the North East of Thailand "Isaan" where she is from and this a strong influence in all our dishes. Our Chef Maitee (Mike) Yangsuwan comes from the South of Thailand. His experience includes working with the Au Prau Resorts in Thailand for over 10 years. His Southern style influences our Curries and Stir Frys
