Excellent dinner on their beautiful patio. Really enjoyed this place. Super warm outside with several heaters. Likely could enjoy the patio any time of year.

Service was excellent, food was outstanding, and ambience was good. There was live music in the bar, which is only accessible for over 19s. There were wonderful views of the marina, though your views will depend on where you are seated. In the patio area,...they have heaters and provide you with blankets if you are cold. Can get loud, so not the best place if you are looking for somewhere quiet, although the patio area is quieter. There was grass-fed steak available, the buddha bowl was amazing, as were the tiger prawns. Make sure to book in advance, as it gets very busy.More

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. My partner has mobility difficulties and the staff catered for this above and beyond. On top of this the food was excellent. Nor were we rushed to leave despite the crowd inside and the queue...outside.More

Lovely restaurant with great seafood and a selection of specials. My husband had a spicy pasta dish and I had salmon. Both dishes were tasty and well presented. Good service and a lovely table looking out at the harbour.

We all went here due to others saying how good it was. It was good don't get me wrong, but it is not for everyone. The menu was very different, with a mish mash of seafoods, some meats etc. We waited in line a long...time so get a reservation. The boats in the marina and the water was a good part of being here. We ended up at the bar where they cook. Interesting to watch. I think we ordered the wrong foods. And made a mistake saying we would eat what they brought out when cooked. Unfortunately, all our little meals came out at the same time so there was barely any room for us and the food. Most of the food was good. Some of the dishes that went by were very good looking. It was a lot of money at the end of it all and we were not thrilled. Maybe that was on us, you may have to be a big time seafood lover and willing to spend here, maybe.More

Visiting Vancouver for the first time. Went to book late afternoon and told not possible, just turn up and see. Returned at 7.30 and we were given a table for two within minutes. Great atmosphere, good food and wine. Highly recommended.

We were in town for a few days and followed a friend’s restaurant recommendation to try Cardero’s. We were not disappointed. We were promptly seated (inside, would have preferred outside but all tables were taken) and received excellent service. The drinks and food arrived, timed...perfectly and tasted great. We liked the experience so much that we went back two days later and had a similar situation. The servers all seem like seasoned pros and we never felt rushed. Too bad we live 3000 miles away and cannot keep going back. Love the waterfront location and ambiance.More

We called ahead after seeing that they were fully booked online. They told us they take walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. We arrived around 5pm with a toddler and stroller and were seated on the lovely patio immediately. They stored the stroller...for us. Food was brought out for our kid very quickly. The rest of the food came shortly afterwards. Prawn sizzle to start, fantastic! Should have ordered more focaccia bread to soak up butter with. The staff were all very attentive and welcoming.
