Located at 463 Robson St, Vancouver, BC, Tim Hortons is the perfect place to go for freshly brewed coffee. Our coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans, sourced from the world's most renowned growing regions. We also offer specialty beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, iced and frozen coffee, hot chocolate, tea and real fruit Quenchers. Grab a quick snack or delicious meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy our freshly cracked Canadian eggs until 4pm. I love this Tim Hortons because of amazing staff. They know what I usually want to order. Cappuccino with 2 sugars and chocolate chips muffin is the most of the time prepared without asking 😊The staff is extemely polite and Nice to everybody❤️I strongly recommend this Tim Hortons.

I figured you can’t go to Canada and not eat at Tim Horton’s. This location was downtown right outside our hotel so it was very easy to visit. Food was ready quickly and everything was good. Nothing amazing but glad I went.

-As New Zealander's looking for a decent coffee on holiday, Tim Horton's was our daily go to.
-They had a great variety of coffee's and definitely gave us our caffeine fix!

Worst Tim Hortons customers service, I purposely dress like a homeless person, the lady at the counter will not accept my money. Old $10 bill they say, really the store next door give me the old bills as a changes for my $50 bill.She said it could be fake, I touch the bill it has 12 dots. Next time put a sign that says WE DONOT accept old bill. I could hear the clerk in the background gossiping about me printing old bill.Really?worst case she just handed the the $10 back to me & asked if I have a debit card. No explanation why she handed me back the bill. So I asked y she said coz it old ten dollar bill.

Poor service, got wrong order and the frontline girl talk very rudely. Very poor experience . I ordered veg. wrap and they give bowl its when i ask her about money said its not my fault ,not matter of one dollar but very bad service .

As an American I had to try Tim Horton's. It was good coffee, even better donuts. For quick pick-me-up, Tim Horton's wasn't bad at all.

This Tims is an pretty average.. Stopped for coffee and breakfast sandwich, the sandwich was actually quite good and but it did take a while as this location is very busy in the morning.

We had breakfast at tim Horton coffee shop Canada Place. Coffee was reasonable. Food was average as bagel a bit dry. Very busy

Waited 18 minutes for a burnt bagel/asked a girl
How long it was gonna be and she said rudely you have to wait and when I complained the lady who made it chucked it so hard, rolled her eyes and gave me another half wrapped with attitude and I got late for work waiting for it. Horrible service!

I attended this Tim Hortons on a whim while walking back to my hotel. It was just before 9PM (closing time), but I had a hankering for some donut treats. As I entered, it was clear that the staff were getting ready to close up shop: Part of the seating area was closed off, cleaning supplies were out, and the donut display case was practically barren, less some Timbits and bagels. “Well, so much for my Honey Cruller and Classic Sour Cream donut,” I thought. Not to be dissuaded, though, I opted to get an order of 10 Timbits. The selection was pretty slim – glazed, chocolate and apple-fritter – but that’s understandable given that they were a mere 5 or so minutes away from closing.
As far as atmosphere goes, this Tim Hortons is pretty “blah.” Brown walls, brown tables and light brown flooring is not a good look. Even the orange cafeteria-like chairs and coffee-themed photos on the wall don’t do much to spice this place up. Then again, to be fair, I suspect this place does much more business in the form of takeout than dine in, as the latter is fairly sparse.
Given the late hour, I was the last patron served. As such, service was prompt and my (small) order of Timbits filled. I did not have to accost any employees and ask, “where are my Timbits?” ;)
Speaking of Timbits, even though they were clearly just “day’s end” leftovers, they were still pretty good. The glazed and apple-fritter “bits” were nice and moist; however, I found the chocolate ones a bit on the dry side.
FOOD: 3/5
SERVICE: 3.5/5
VALUE: 4/5
RECOMMENDATION: I’m sure this Tim’s location has a far greater selection early on in the day. Because I’d arrived moments before closing, I won’t be unreasonable and whine about the lack of options. On the bright side, what I did have was decent and satisfied my sweet tooth later on in the evening. For that, I can say of this place “Recommended!”

Walked in for just a couple of items and I ordered it but the staff went about their business and completely ignored me until I had to go up to one of the staff and say- "where is my chili?" 30 second operation and it took 5 minutes. Definitely won't be going back there again

I'm a big fan of Tim Hortons and to think, a year ago I never even heard of this giant donut chain. My first time trying it was in Dubai last December. But here in Vancouver it's literally every few blocks. There's as many Tim Horton's as Starbucks.
That being said, their coffee is pretty good. I thought the latte I had was excellent. Breakfast sandwiches are great. Donuts are decent as well.
While I prefer local donut shops, out of the major donut chains like Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, and Tim Horton's. I think Tim Horton's is the best of the bunch.
