This is a swanky harbourside restaurant with lots of good going on. Nice views over the cruise ship terminal, cordial but slightly slow service, and very sophisticated dishes. The risotto was delicious, and everyone in my party raved about their dishes. My experience was soured...slightly by the people at the next table having loud FaceTime conversations on speakerphone with their friends; I was disappointed that the waiting staff did not do anything about it, because it was very obviously audible to the adjacent tables. Overall, a very classy restaurant with great food.More

3 of us enjoyed the Dine Out experience at the Five Sails oh Jan.30th. The food selection was very good and we all enjoyed the 3 courses. My only comment would be that one of our group is a Vegan and there was not much...selection, they did come up with a main course that she enjoyed after some discussion. In this day and age when there are so many vegan/vegetarians it would be nice to have a better selection for them!!More

Spectacular views and service. Our server was Jordan who made our wedding anniversary celebration memorable. We started with oysters which were very fresh akin to the ocean in your mouth. My wife had the Ahi Tuna and I the lobster bisque. Delicious. We then had...the main event the Halibut. Very nice and well presented. Follow by Grand Manier Suffle. A veritable feast.More

This restaurant boasts a stunning view and provides excellent service. However, the prices are on the higher side, as expected. The food is good, but it would be great to see more creativity and innovation in the dishes. A worthwhile spot for those seeking a...beautiful dining experience.More

Superb location, wonderful food and super friendly team. Special experience. We had the signature dish “Apple” which was both theatrical and delicious. I had the bisque too which was truly memorable.

The views were amazing, lots of movement in the Harbour. Each dish we had from the kitchen was presented and tasted like Michelin star quality. There was a live jazz band who fit the environment just perfectly, playing a wide range of hits.

We come here somewhat regularly for special occasions and tonight we celebrated our 20th anniversary. Solid food, great wine, and wonderful view. In a long line of excellent servers here, our server tonight Jordan didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Five Sails!

This is a lovely restaurant with good service, five-star food, and a fabulous view. It's the kind of restaurant you go to for a unique experience and a very special ambiance. It's also very expensive where dinner for two and a bottle of their least...expensive wines can top $300 US. So, we were astonished when a party of five, dressed in T-shirts, heavily laden with packages and a crying baby were seated at the adjacent table. While to the manager's credit, we were moved to another table and offered free desserts, patrons dressed in T-Shirts and with a crying infant should never be admitted. It spoils the ambiance for everyone.More

Taf was an amazing server for us on our 2nd anniversary. 10/10 would recommend the lobster and the venison. Soufflé was 100% worth the wait!

Great food, great service, an excellent bar and wine selection. Plus the views are unbeatable! We booked a dinner that commenced just before sunset and enjoyed watching the disappearing sun and the harbour and distant towns light up across the way. Our service team made...perfect recommendations and took care of us for two and a half hours and we ended up shutting the restaurant down, being the last to leave, bellies full after a fantastic night. Highly recommend the sablefish, the venison, and the halibut entrees. For starters, we enjoyed the scallops, ahi tuna and burrata salad. If you’re lucky, they’ll roll out an off menu flaming coffee drink digestif / dessert!More

We were really looking forward to this meal for a special birthday celebration. It did not start well as we received an email cancelling our reservation for no reason. We wanted to go so much that we moved around our plans and booked for the...following evening. The setting is undeniably breathtaking and our English server was excellent - but thats where the positives end! Expensive wine list and food that simply was not up to standard for the price paid. The lobster was chewy and the venison hugely disappointing. We ate at several restaurants in Vancouver and this was overall the worst food and probably the most expensive.More

I honestly don't know but restaurants in Vancouver are usually very accommodating. I am pretty sure the menu would have some options for you or that could be modified to work.
