Our visit was prompted by a desire for traditional bistro fare - escargot, steak and frites, cassoulet, and such. Bistro Pastis did not disappoint. Our meals were excellent from beginning to end, as was the service and atmosphere of the establishment.

We were having a nice experience until my wife's dinner arrived. The Halibut she ordered had bacon in it. We don't eat bacon, the cook and server should have know this as the Appy we ordered had bacon and we requested to have it removed....More
