We visited for my birthday in August. Such a memorable meal. The service is impeccable, the food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I love food, and this is my favorite restaurant in Vancouver.

My husband and I decided to splurge and return to this deservedly well known and respected French Restaurant. We had previously dined here over 10 years ago and we wondered if they still served great food or would the service be, well stuffy. From the...More

It was our first visit to the le Crocodile Restaurant. It does have a very french atmosphere. Complete with some accents applied, french that is. We did enjoy our time and the food was excellent. We had some Caribou, Lobster and a soufflé for desert....More

Joined family and friends together for a birthday celebration. Restaurant and staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our special requests. Dodd was excellent and service was perfect. Good value for the dollar. Ambiance was lovely. Looking forward to returning.

West End
A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines
verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with
Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a
paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and

languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset
Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to
take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along

If they have seared foie gras, go for it. I had the delicious scallops with black ink pasta. Anything is good and if you don't like it, they will fix it!

If you like noise, go to one of those corporate chain restaurants with blaring music. None of that at this fine establishment.
