This place is an experience in dining. It is packed busy but they manage to make room for one more at a large table that is not completely full. The menu is a book, 99 items from which to chose. A little overwhelming but the...More

The queue was long so we waited a long time. We had chicken wings, beef rice with egg and condensed milk coffee. So good!

Phnom Penh serves consistently good Cambodian food every time I come. There aren’t many fancy dishes, but mostly low $ ingredients. However, the taste of most of their dishes is great. My favorites are buttered (raw) beef, deep friend wings, beef rice with a sunny...More

45-minute wait in the middle of the afternoon?? However, the food was good - butter beef (rare with cilantro) and water spinach sautéed with garlic. If you want rice, you have to ask for it. Also beware of getting served scalding hot jasmine tea in...More

Playing host to some of the city's best pan-Asian

I'm not so sure if they do accept online reservations but I'm sure you can make a reservation by giving them a phone call. However, you can only a reservation if you're with a company of 6 or more though.

Hi I am not sure they sell gift certificate. Best way is to call the restaurant to arrange it. They do have a bar.
